One of the best hotels/resorts I had the pleasure of staying at.The staff are amazing, there isn’t a phone that I could use but a guy offered to escort me ~2km to the nearest pay phone and was accepting of me using a translator to communicate (since my Japanese is not fluent.)The food is amazing, if your picky (like me) you do not need to worry as it is a buffet style - pick your own; plus it’s great food, real tasting. They have all kinds of games and activities, very kid friendly. The dinosaur bath is good for family’s and I enjoyed the temple and forest baths the most if you’re more adult. One of the best experiences I’ve had and I hope to come back someday with more people and for longer! I can’t recommend this place enough, especially as someone who worries about acting polite and doing things correctly. Very clean and welcoming establishment.Thank you for an amazing time!

One night here with family was MARVELLOUS! Possibly the best hotel / resort that I've stayed in for the money in over 20 years in Japan! Fantastic service. Lots of things to do. Excellent food. Lots of freebies (ice cream, beer, cake + coffee - even photos of us taken at dinner time etc), electric bikes to use on request. Late night bar and bbq and fireworks believe it or not. Beautiful views and lovely rooms with very nice bedroom set ups.An hour and a half on the lovely Odoriko train from Yokohama. Then a 15 minute walk (or free bus transfer) up the hill.Staff were all super friendly, polite and generally lovely. I even lost a wallet at one stage and that got back to me quickly.LOTS of things for kids + adults to do - bouldering/darts/billiards/arcade games/basketball court/mini-golf games/manga room/even a dam 'work room' ha ha.Anyway - a wonderful experience. I can thoroughly recommend Anda Resort Izukogen. It was a GREAT stay.... and not that expensive surprisingly enough - though we stayed on a Sunday night in June (Friday + Saturdays will be more expensive I'm sure like everywhere)Thank you to Anda Resort Izukogen and all the staff for giving us a super friendly, relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Our group of 8 stayed in 2 suites to celebrate birthday. Staffs were so friendly and did their best to entertain and please us. ||During that one-night stay, we enjoyed the board games and some outdoor sports.  …

Best part was the awesome dinner & free drinks all night during our stay. This resort is perfect for couples with lots of entertainment options and private reservable baths. Rooms are a bit pricey and there's no ocean view but the staff were all nice and friendly.

We went there for only having a day use for the hot springs. However, Mr Shirakawa (F&B staff) gave us a fantastic hospitality and made us change our minds to stay overnight. The greatest hospitality I have ever experienced!!  …

I have been here just for one night with my Japanese girlfriend. It's a nice typical Japanese hotel with a SPA. We had a good dinner and we spent a lovely hour in an outdoor warm bathtub. If you want to spend a lovely time with your partner, this is the place you must go.

I don't really want to spoil the place for anybody visiting. The staff are very friendly, as you would hope. The rooms are fine, nothing special, but nothing bad either. …

Bali-themed resort hotel within easy reach of local attractions such as Omuroyama, Jagosaki coast, cactus park, zoo etc. Unusual theme for a hotel. Good onsens and rotemburos. Inclusive food/drink deals, games room, table tennis, darts, hammock garden etc. Peaceful views over the coast area. Tasty evening meals and late night snacks included. Worth paying the slightly higher cost for a nice experience. Good for kids. Check recommended for those with mobility difficulties (No lift to guest rooms noticed, many steps in the garden paths).
