The location is safe. It's a short walk from the station, but it's closer to the city center.The room is a typical business hotel. Unit bath in four and a half tatami mats.All-you-can-drink coffee machine and free ice? I'm really happy about Nanoha. There are vending machines for sake and soft drink inside the building.There is no curfew as it is a card key.Might be more expensive than chain store business hotels

Although it is a business hotel and seems to be quite old, I had a relatively comfortable stay. The reception is on the second floor and is small. I appreciate that there are amenities and coffee available for free next to the front desk. There was also a coffee machine at around 7am, so I got one and checked out. I am not sure about the meals as they do not come with meals. I was surprised at how big the TV in the room was. It's not far from the station and close to Isetan, so it was nice to be able to go shopping on foot. It's convenient as there are many pubs and restaurants around.

I tried to run the washing machine → No laundry was taken out → There was no basket to take out, so I contacted the front desk → When I went with the staff, I found out that the washing machine had finished washing and another person had used it. →I can't use a washing machineThere was a problem.Wouldn't it be better to install a basket to take out the laundry?

Used for overnight stay before boarding the ferry to Otaru. Although there was no roof, I was able to park my bike in a secluded area.A normal business hotel.

The desk, floor, bed, and electrical outlets were all old and didn't feel clean.The lighting was very dark, and I couldn't really put on any makeup.The noise from the hallway was very loud and I did not feel comfortable.Above all, there was a damp cloth left on the desk that was probably used for cleaning.The poorly installed three-prong outlet also didn't charge the battery.The price is not too bad compared to other hotels, so I won't use it again.

I used it on a trip to Niigata by car.If you stay near the station,I thought it would take a long time to get in and out of the car.I chose a place a little far away.Not a pain to walk to the stationAlso, Bandai is nearby so it was convenient.The room has a kitchen space,There's a lot of space here, soThe room was very convenient.Under the door that goes in and out of the roomThere is a gap of several cm, soSounds from the hallways and rooms may be a concern.I suddenly heard voices in the hallway.The TV is big too.There is no problem with the number of outlets.It was reasonably priced for consecutive nights.

I parked my car in a parking lot with a limited number of spaces, but the previous customer had already parked there, so I would like to be moved.I have an affiliated parking lot, what should I do? I started to feel distrust towards the front staff as I didn't know how to respond, and I noticed that there were used slippers in the room, and that the drain in the bathtub was clogged.When I threw out the hot water in the bathtub, the floor of the unit bath was covered. It was flooded and there was dirty sludge floating around, the sheets smelled like natto and I couldn't sleep, I was told that I could pay in advance for the affiliated parking lot, but when I paid 1200 yen at the front desk, it was actually 900 yen... There are many other small details. However, this is a long post, so I'll stop here for now. I would like to thank the staff who took care of things like cleaning the drain and changing the room to a room with odor-free sheets. However, some of the customers are a bit questionable, so I'd like you to check the customer service again...The location is close to the station, so I thought it was a good place to take a walk.

The hotel's parking lot can only accommodate about 6 cars.Therefore, there is an external coin parking lot.There are one-way streets around the area, so if you park in the wrong place, the navigation will be buggy.The reception is on the second floor, but the welcome drinks and amenities are nice.The twin room is quite small if you put your suitcase in there.The air conditioner has low/medium/high temperature controls at the bedside, and it works quite well.Because the bathroom is bright, the room feels dark.The parking lot at Bandai Bus Center is expensive, so if you're going to eat curry, it's better to leave your car in the coin parking lot and walk there.

I searched for the cheapest place to stay that day. It didn't cost 4000 yen.It was almost a walk-in, but they responded very well.There are plenty of amenities, and above all, the espresso from the coffee machine at the front desk was delicious. The facilities are very clean and the TV is large.Air conditioning is central and can only be controlled by wind power.It's very convenient as it's close to the station, Bandai, and convenience stores.

The room is compact but enough for solo traveler. Clean and cozy. Bath space isn't big but better than boutique hotel in Tokyo. The toilet has bidet seat and warmer. The restaurant area is within 5min and very quiet. With reasonable price and great location, I recommend this hotel./Rooms are compact but adequate for individual travelers. Clean and comfortable. The bath isn't big, but it's still better than a business hotel in Tokyo. The toilet has a washlet and a warmer. It's in a great location within 5 minutes from the restaurant area, yet it's very quiet. I think this is a good place because of the cheap accommodation and great location.

Serviceable, I suppose. Decent location in relation to Niigata station. Made the mistake of making a zoom call on the hotel WiFi, and experienced regular freezing.Bath/shower is loud and temperature is neigh-impossible to control without a struggle (two knobs). It will bounce between maximum heat and maximum cold very easily, hard to find a middle ground.Staff is friendly.
