I regret to say that my stay was far from enjoyable. The villa was unclean, the sheets were uncomfortable and caused itching. The pool water was dirty and unclear, and the pool filter wasn't activated until requested. There were frequent water outages, and the kitchen supplies were incomplete. The villa's cleaning schedule of once a week seemed impractical for stays of less than a week. The lack of thorough inspections was evident when I discovered a nest of insects in the gazebo, forcing me to handle the situation with insect spray myself.The actual condition of the villa was very different from what was depicted in the advertisement (airbnb). While the images portrayed a clean environment, the reality on-site was quite the opposite.To add to the disappointment, I encountered insects, including spiders and cockroaches, inside the bedroom during my stay.

Probably the worse villa and attitude from the manager. The staffs there are nice. But the manager is horrible. The villa is infested with mould everywhere, the shower heater is not working, the whole villa power kept shutting down throughout. It is very difficult to contact anyone to come and fix, and the walk back to the front desk is very far. No amenities provided, so you need to prepare your own. The villa is very very dirty. I believe you can find similar reviews online. So basically the whole villa have no power, no lights and air conditioning, and they do not have other working villas available. I have to cancel the next night there. The manager trick us to pay her cash for some cancellation fee. We are so tired of dealing with her because she kept on arguing with us. So we just paid and left because it’s taking up our precious time here in Bali and we have tours to attend. So do not stay here for your own sake. The manager is the one handling the WhatsApp.

The service is very bad, the power of the room keep tripping have to wake up every 2 hours in the night to on back the MCB. The hot water is not constant. Ask to change a new villa but the manager told us is full so we can't change, then we ask for cancellation of the second day, but the manager ask us to paid for 1,000,000 Rp for cancellation of transportation. It is a very bad experience in this villa. But overall the people in bali is still kind and nice.
