The cost per night for two people is 12,000 yen, which is very good value for money. (Stayed for 3 nights)I was surprised at how spacious the rooms were. It felt like a mixture of Japanese and Western. Separate toilet and bath.I came on a weekday. A very comfortable hotel. All the employees are kind, and you can buy tickets to nearby museums at low prices.The large public bath was spacious, and above all, the sauna was extremely comfortable (there's also cold water!). All necessary amenities were also available.What was missing was that I wish they had something to measure the time in the sauna.Also, the pillow was quite hard and high, so I slept on a towel.

There are many defects in the equipment in the room, so I would like you to check it regularly. Refrigerators that don't cool, air conditioners that don't cool, electric stoves that don't heat up easily, dish baskets full of mold, etc. Although it may be a luxurious wish in terms of price (cheap).If there is a room you like, they may accept your request, which I appreciate.

After watching the fireworks in Atami, we arrived at the hotel at 11pmBut the hotel actually gave the room I booked to a group of Chinese touristsThe passenger also said that the room belonged to them and not to harass himAfter 1 hour of negotiation with the hotel staff, the room was successfully returned to me.It was already 12 o'clock in the evening.Since the room had been used by that group of travelers, I asked the hotel to change the sheets for me due to hygiene reasons.Initially, the hotel rejected me three times, and only after my repeated requests did they agree to change it.Since all the hotel rooms were full, the Chinese tourists had to look for a hotel at night.Fortunately, I paid the full rent online, otherwise I might have been the one to leave.Two big questions:1. I used my "English name" when I checked into the hotel. The hotel staff didn't get the name right and gave the room to someone else.2. I booked a hotel through Agxda. Is the hotel overbooked or the hotel made an error?Because the hotel is full, there is no reason for other travelers to come to the hotelI made the above comment on A gxda, but they blocked it.

I used it on a summer family trip.I stayed in an ocean view terrace large room.Last time I stayed in a different room, this time I was a repeat guest.First of all, I was surprised at how large the terrace was in this room.*If you want to enjoy the sea view, I think a higher floor is better than this room.Since it was summer, the weather was nice, so it was nice to eat on the terrace at night.The room and bathroom were comfortable and I had a great time.I would like to visit you again.

The room was on the 6th floor.The balcony was very large and there was a table where you could have a barbecue. But I'm worried because it's hard to see the ocean and the balcony can be accessed freely from the next room.The room was spacious and there were plenty of places to put things, so it was convenient to spread out my luggage for multiple nights.The facilities are easy to use, with a microwave oven, large refrigerator, rice cooker, and tableware for 5 people.There is tea but no coffee.What I would like to see improved...The slippers were sticky and felt disgusting. I want you to put alcohol disinfectant...There are three mirrors, but I would like the lighting to be brighter even if only one is enough. I wear a lot of makeup.There are no outlets next to the bed, so charging is a hassle. Isn't it enough to just have one? Should I attach an extension cord?Lastly, the parking lot is narrow, so it was very difficult when large cars were parked there😂Also, in the middle of the road, there was a parking lot in a strange place, and I was paying attention to the cars next to me, and I ended up scraping my tires. Everyone please be careful!The baths and shops are connected to the Wanwan Hotel on the 5th floor, so please be careful if you don't like dogs🐕🦺
