The building is a registered tangible cultural property, and the accommodation fee is reasonable among the inns of the Japan Secret Hot Springs Preservation Society. The staff are very kind and nice. There are about 12 rooms, but we only accept reservations for about 4 to 6 groups of guests per day, so the baths are not crowded.Hot springs have soft water at a suitable temperature. It warms up well and doesn't make you sweat. From 11pm at night until 6am in the morning. There is a gender swap. The food was mediocre.

Although the building has a historical feel to it, it didn't feel old and was comfortable to stay in.The rooms are spacious and clean, and you can enjoy the balustrades made by shrine carpenters. The bath is also a radium hot spring, and the quality of the water is good, and it feels warm and warm even after the water has come out.The food was homemade and I was really impressed by how delicious it was.🍚 I also changed it♪The sashimi was fresh, and the selection of sake was great, and I was able to compare the drinks of Yamama and Murasuke.Above all, the couple is wonderful and I want to fall in love with them again ^ ^I'm looking forward to the day I can visit again.2024.9.11

I wanted to stay at an inn that was a historical cultural property, so I came across Seihirokan while looking for an inn in Niigata. …

We stayed in this hotel for 2nights, the food and service are more than 5 star quality. it is a family run business, staff are very friendly, building is nearly 100years old. If anyone wants to experience traditional Japanese style living, food and hot spring, highly recommend, we really enjoyed it.

This is my 4th stay here. I first discovered it at a Japanese secret hot springs protection group when I was living in Niigata and touring hot springs. This is my favorite inn, as it is a pure Japanese-style inn that is designated as an important cultural property, and the hot water is a real radium hot spring. I currently live in Ibaraki Prefecture, but to experience the nostalgic Niigata, I stay here about once a year, which feels like a villa in Niigata. However, I don't think it's an accommodation that will appeal to everyone. There are some restrictions, such as a lot of stairs, no toilet in the room, and the bathroom has to be closed, but for me, I feel that this accommodation far outweighs these and provides a lot more.First of all, it has a homely feel as it is a family-run business, and the interaction with the friendly host and kind landlady makes you feel at ease, like returning to a home in the countryside. And the food is pure Japanese and really delicious. It's not fancy, but each dish is carefully prepared and you can enjoy the delicacies of Niigata's mountains and seas. Freshly picked wild vegetables are really delicious in May.Also, my husband likes Japanese sake, so the sake menu seems to change every 1-2 months. If the conversation about sake blooms, a secret menu may appear. The hot water is a slightly warm radium spring. I think it will be irresistible for people who like hot water from now on. You can feel the inn's desire to cherish the hot springs and to feel the benefits of the hot springs as much as possible.A quiet inn at the foot of the mountain, the kindness of the host and landlady,It was really refreshing to be exposed to the wonderful hot water and food.I look forward to working with you again next year. Also, this time I stayed for several nights, and I was grateful that they changed the menu for both dinner and breakfast.

This is an inn I've been interested in for a while. It's nice to be able to stay in a historic building. The room feels like you've traveled back in time to the Showa or Taisho era, but that's okay. The entrance and dining room have been renovated and are beautiful. All the meals are homemade and the quantity and taste are perfect. Also, the couple's response was wonderful and we were able to spend a comfortable time. The temperature of the hot springs is around 41 degrees, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak.Although the building seems cold in the winter, it was an inn that I would like to visit again in a different season.
