I'm sorry to say that the food at Sennen-tei is not really delicious as the reviews say, and it's not worth the price, so I don't recommend it at all, but the room (special room) is good, so I stayed in the special room every year without meals.When I told them that I wanted to stay without meals this time, I was told that it would be impossible if I didn't include meals and that sales would not increase.His behavior was so bad that when I asked him his name, he gave me a half-smile and said my name in a mocking manner.I was thankful that they always offered a plan to stay without meals, so I had a comfortable stay here, but I was in a special room and had no sales guests, which was a nuisance.I'm very disappointed.If I don't make a sale, I don't have a customer.I'm sorry for the inconvenience.The customer service is getting worse, but the prices are going up...I guess they think it's becoming more popular.Not recommended.I hope the surrounding accommodation becomes more popular.This is a great opportunity to enjoy the surrounding accommodations!

It's an old inn that feels like the Showa era in many places, but it has been renovated and is now beautiful.Four people stayed in the open-air bath (infinity) Bizen 1.15 tatami room. It looked spacious when I entered the room, but when I saw four futons spread out after dinner, I laughed at how little space there was for my feet.We do not recommend a Japanese-style room with a 15-tatami futon bed for four people.The bath is spacious and satisfying, but the view is also the opposite, so if you use binoculars from a nearby park, you'll probably be able to see everything.However, the open-air view and the sense of unity between the bathtub and the lake are rare in an open-air guest room.Since it was summer, there were endless mosquitoes coming from the lake in front of my eyes, and I couldn't believe how many insect bites I got. We recommend winter.There is algae floating in the bathtub, but this is something that can't be helped, so please give up.Dinner was delicious and the view from the private room was great.However, I could feel the tension between the staff members, and I had mixed feelings about it.Even if it was a lack of explanation from the previous staff member, it's a little inappropriate to make statements in front of customers that blatantly impose responsibility.The foreign staff are working very hard, but I feel like they should be kind to me.Also, I felt a little uncomfortable with the staff, who seemed to be using their language in a way that was condescending to men and women. It's an old inn, so let's give up.The large public bath seems to have been renovated, but the access from the indoor bath to the open-air bath is poor, and I wonder if something could have been done about it.Even though it is an additional price during the busy season, it costs over 35,000 yen and the breakfast is a buffet venue... Considering the price, location, and quality, I don't think I will use it again.The infinity bath in the guest room is probably unique in the Chugoku region, so that is the only attraction.

September 24th I've been interested in Hawaii hot springs ♨️ for a while, so I stayed there for one night during the pear season. The staff were from overseas, but they were kind and thorough. The hot spring ♨️ has a large bath and an open-air bath, and I was able to relax and be healed.

This is the worst accommodation! My earring had fallen into the bathtub just before 7am and it was stuck in the sole of my foot.I immediately treated it with disinfectant cotton, wound pads, and ointment that I had on hand.I reported the incident to the hotel staff and handed over the earring, but I received no response. When I checked out, the person in charge didn't say anything, so I asked what was going on, but the person in charge was just making excuses, saying that they were cleaning, but that the lost earrings hadn't been reported.I was disappointed. (Front Manager Yamazaki), but the hotel's stance was that it was not responsible.It was the worst trip since I couldn't do any sightseeing due to the pain in my legs (I didn't have a car).Later, when I contacted the travel agency, I finally received a call from the manager of Sennen-tei (who said he was away on a business trip (I don't know if this was true)) and was told that he would send another letter in writing. However, what arrived was an apology with no content (concrete improvement), meaningless sweets (thank you, Year of the Rabbit), and wine.I received the apology (meaningless), but the other items were paid on delivery. I sent it back (unpleasant)I do not recommend this inn as it treats people in a way that makes fun of them.

It was a good thing that we had a corner room, and the picturesque view was soothing. The room was really nice as it was too big for three people! ️The sunrise seen from the open-air bath is the best! ️There was a rainbow, so I was able to take it easy. The food was a buffet, but I was satisfied.

My hometown is near here, and I use Sennen-tei almost every year. There is an open-air bath with a spectacular view, the food is delicious, and the staff's customer service is excellent. I stayed here in May this year. During dinner, Mr. Hiroike, who was in charge of the hall, talked to us about various things, and we had a great time. I think this is the best accommodation in this area. I would definitely like to stay again next time.

This hotel is located at Hawai Onsen in Yurihama Town, Tohaku District, Tottori Prefecture. The inn is built on Sennen Island, which is located at the end of a peninsula that juts out into Lake Togo, so you can see the lake clearly.I visited for the first time in several years, but this time I used it for a day trip bath. Adults are 1,000 yen.Every time, we will meet you at the bridge that crosses the island and guide you to the parking lot. Approximately 60 cars can be parked.You can take a bath in both the large public bath on the second floor and the open-air bath on the first floor, but the open-air bath gives you a sense of freedom, so I went for the open-air bath.The open-air bath has an indoor bath and a washing area, but the open-air bath also has a washing area, so you can enjoy a panoramic view of Lake Togo while washing your hair.Although it was the evening of the first day of a consecutive holiday, it wasn't too crowded and I was able to enjoy the hot springs at my leisure. The natural hot spring that flows directly from the source is said to be a chloride/sulfide salt spring, and the water was clear.I really appreciate being able to relax and soak in a bath with a spectacular view without having to make a reservation.Visit period: July 2024

When I was searching online, I fell in love with this hotel and really wanted to go there. And take action immediately.When we arrived at the hotel on a hot summer day, we were immediately directed to the parking lot. The next morning, they also saw me off when I checked out and left the hotel. A young female staff member also guided us to our room. With the number of unmanned hotels increasing, I was extremely happy to receive this type of service. I also thought it would be difficult because it was hot.The hot springs are the best! You can relax while looking out at Lake Togo. I went in three times during my stay.Dinner and breakfast were buffet, but I thought it was normal.

Not recommended for non Japanese speakers as all staff can hardly speak any English. It's a very old traditional Japanese onse hotel. There is a fishing boat in the pond and if you are taking the outdoor onsen in your room the fisherman can see you naked. I saw the boat from 8am to 10am in the morning everyday. So be careful.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. Even though the staff are wearing masks, they greet you with such pleasant smiles that you can tell. I also appreciated that they took care not to eat the same meal two nights in a row.Although it is undeniably old overall, it is kept clean.It felt old (a sense of history) and was very comfortable.It was especially helpful to have a water server installed in the room!The food was delicious and the hot springs were very nice. This is an open-air bath that seems to connect to the lake. In other hot springs, the view is often blocked off by a low fence, but since there is no fence, you can enjoy the hot spring while looking out at the lake in a wide open feeling. I would like it to remain without a fence in the future.Due to the rainy weather, I didn't do much sightseeing around the area.I went to the Chinese garden right next to the hotel (I was lucky that it was during the free admission period) and it was even more beautiful than I imagined, so I also recommend it.

Located on Lake Togo, you can enjoy spectacular views from the guest rooms and open-air baths. The breakfast buffet is simple yet creative, and everything including the demonstration corner is delicious. Dinner was delicious, depending on the plan you signed up for. There was a water tank in the room, which I was very grateful for as I drank a lot. The customer service is also good, and I would definitely stay here again if I travel to Tottori. The reviews are divided, but I don't know if it's a mismatch or a gap in expectations, but I didn't get any impressions from the bad reviews.

I wanted to stay at Hawai Onsen in Yurihama Town, Tottori City, so my family 👪 came to stay at Sennen-tei on the cape of Lake Togo.When I arrived, several hotel employees were there to welcome me and take my luggage to the reception desk, which was very helpful 😄I've stayed at many ryokans, but only a few have done this for me. was. I had a very good impression ☺️ After checking in, I was guided to my room with my luggage. I was surprised when I entered the room⁉️ Unlike the photo of the room I had booked, the room was large and consisted of 2 rooms. Did the hotel take care of you? While I was thinking that, there were small towels and small slippers, and I thought that this was definitely the case. Then, when dinner came and I went to the dinner room, there were children's chairs on top of the chairs and bowls and plates for children. There was no rice for the kids, but they provided rice and furikake for the kids🙇We had a fun meal while sharing our side dishes 😂They prepared the breakfast buffet as well as plates and bowls for the children, and we were very busy. Thank you very much.🙏It's a shame that you can't see anything in the hot springs at night, but the morning bath was liberating and the best hot springs. We recommend going during daylight hours. There were many things that happened, but it was a hotel that I would want to go to again☺️
