I stayed here for one night after visiting Shiretoko Goko Lakes.Payment is only in cash, but this is a fairly inexpensive accommodation in Shiretoko. The husband was a nice person with a wonderful smile😊There is no air conditioning in the room.In early September, the temperature drops to around 20 degrees at night, so I didn't really have to worry about the heat. The washroom and toilet are shared, but they are spacious and clean! The bath was small, but the hot water was very pleasant.🛀Perhaps because I stayed on a Sunday, I didn't run into any other guests in the bathroom or washroom lol.The food was delicious both in the morning and in the evening. You go to the counter and get your own food and water.Salty side dishes were served for both breakfast and dinner, but the portions were so large that I couldn't finish them all💦When I looked out the window in the morning, I saw elementary school students going to school and it was so cute🫶I got a glimpse of Utoro's daily life ☺️

The room was a Japanese style room, but it was clean. Toilets, washrooms, and refrigerators are shared. The bathroom was also shared, but it was spacious and clean. The owner's response was also kind.

I didn't take any photos though💦I felt a little nervous before I first entered. lolAfter entering, the owner was very kind and approachable, and taught me a lot of things. The room is spacious, the futon you sleep on is surprisingly comfortable, and the whole room has a faint smell of tatami...♡It was nice and cool at night 😽The toilet is shared, but it's very clean. The bathroom is shared, but it's spacious and clean.Anyway, the whole thing is beautiful 👍This might be my favorite hotel on my trip around Hokkaido!I could eat a lot of things around the station, and the pork bowl at the local convenience store was delicious.Unfortunately, I couldn't get into the izakaya and ramen because they were fully booked and closed. Also, I would like to stay overnight on my next trip 🙌🏻

With Utoro as our base, we select to the limit what you can't miss.We decided that we needed 4 days, so we stayed for 3 consecutive nights in August 2024.・Seafood centered around Utoro fishing port・Shiretoko Goko Walk from Shiretoko Goko Field House・Prime forest nature walk from Shiretoko Nature Center・Lake Rausu trekking from Shiretoko Pass・Sightseeing boat cruise to Cape ShiretokoShiretoko Pereke's place. In front of Shari Bus Utoro Terminal, 20 seconds walk.3 minutes walk to the nearest 7-Eleven (open 6-24).Less than 10 minutes walk to Utoro fishing port.5 minutes walk to Utoro Shirietoku Roadside Station. There is a parking lot, but it is also highly recommended for those visiting by bus.Since it is a guest house, you can eat with a knife and fork and sleep in the bed.It has nothing to do with "fashionable entrances".If you have such requirements, choose a resort hotel with an elevator. Please consider. This has nothing to do with Shiretoko Peleke, but the people around him willManagement accommodations for people involved in the sinking accident, accommodations where Japanese cannot be spoken, manager recruitmentIt seems that there are some accommodations that have a sign on the back, such as those with a .Please research and consider carefully.Since the topic has gone off topic, I would like to return to Shiretoko Peleke.Bathrooms and toilets are shared (separate for men and women), but you may share a room with someone you don't know.Unlike the dormitory that could become. This is a "Japanese guest house" with Japanese-style rooms and your own Japanese futon. This is an inexpensive family-run inn, so if you have excessive demands.may be dissatisfied. However, for those who like guesthouses, there is a very beautiful place as shown in the attached photo. It has a very comfortable appearance and offers freshly prepared meals and beer.We will welcome you with pure rice sake. The Wi-Fi environment was stable even in our room at the back. Some people have commented that there was no air conditioning.Even though it is extremely hot in August in the Kanto region, it is as hot as body temperature in Utoro. No need for a controller. There are hot days, but the temperature can drop below 20 degrees Celsius at night, soMost people probably live their lives with their air conditioners set at 20 degrees Celsius.(There was a fan in our room)A microwave and refrigerator are available, but they are shared.Bath towels are in the closet in each room.People who write reviews saying they didn't have one placed it on the desk in each room. The owner didn't read the ``Please read'' notice. Are you posting a review without consulting? Please note that shared facilities are not to be monopolized; please use them on a mutual basis.Sho.The owner was born in Utoro and grew up in Utoro, so he is a knowledgeable person. There may be times when you are busy running a family business, but the timing isIf you talk to them carefully, they may be able to teach you a lot of things. There are also some overseas travelers who don't have a sense of place. In order to create Japanese fans, including the behavior of a Japanese-style guest house that you are not used to.If you are in trouble, we Japanese people will call out to you and help you.Let's give it to you. This time, the sightseeing boat cruise was canceled due to heavy fog. However, there is also the charming town of Utoro, so I would like to take another opportunity to visit it.This is an inn that you definitely want to visit.Owner, please take care of yourself.*The attached 360-degree photo inside the building has been approved by the owner.

It's right in front of the bus terminal, so it's easily accessible and reasonably priced even in high season. There was no air conditioning, but since it's in Shiretoko, it wasn't a problem at all.The only drawback is that there is no refrigerator in the room, only a shared one in the hallway.
