It is a traditional Japanese ryokan located in Ito, Shizuoka. It has an indoor hot spring and a small outdoor hot spring. The water quality of the hot spring seems to be very good. There is a beach nearby and it is good for a walk. It is an accommodation with a tatami room and is an old-fashioned accommodation with a Japanese feel. The staff are very kind and friendly, making you feel welcome. Dinner was a kaiseki set meal, and in the morning there was a breakfast buffet. It was really delicious. The meal was great.

The parking lot is far from the hotel. Yukatas are available next to the front desk and you can choose a pattern and take them to your room. There is a welcome free drink corner, but it's open until 6:30 pm, so it's best to get there early. The large public bath and changing area are clean and spacious. The jacuzzi type has a strong water flow and a high temperature. The outdoor bath was the perfect temperature. The food was made with local ingredients and had elegant flavors. The ponzu sauce with steamed pork and vegetables is refreshing and delicious with citrus.

I tried extending my legs from Hakone to Ito.I visited my mother and aunt.I was sad that the Ito shopping district became a shuttered shopping district. The lobby of this hotel was very spacious, and when I checked in, my aunt and mother were sitting on the sofa waiting. The staff guided us from the front desk to the elevator. There is also a self-serve welcome soft drink that you can drink freely. The room was in the city, so the outside view wasn't very good, but it was a room with a view of the ocean in the distance. The refrigerator is empty of small items. You can bring it with you, so it's perfect for cooling down your beer after taking a bath. Also, this refrigerator keeps beer colder than any other hotel, so I was able to drink the most delicious beer I've ever had lol.The meal was a half-buffet of mostly Japanese food, so I was full. Also, isn't the person who seems to be the landlady cold to my mother and aunt? and your consideration is amazing. The staff, Mr. Ram, who came from Nepal, had customer service that rivaled Japanese people. My aunt was very happy that she remembered my face and called out to me in the morning. All the staff here are really nice to deal with. The staff, the food, the bath, the room were all comfortable and it was a hotel that helped me recover from the daily fatigue.

I had paid in advance, but I was concerned about the bathing tax, so when I asked about it at check-in, I was told that it would be charged at check-out. Is it possible to pay in advance on the second day because I stayed for consecutive nights? When I asked the same person as when I checked in, I was told that since the person in charge was not present, I would be asked to wait until the evening (at this time, he seemed to have noticed something), and I was able to settle the bill in the evening. I wasn't particularly concerned about such a trivial exchange, but I was surprised when I checked out.We apologize for not being able to process payment at check-in. I even received a gift as an apology.I imagine that the employee who dealt with me probably regretted not realizing the intent of my wordless question and consulted with his superior, which led to an apology, and I felt moved and apologetic at the same time. .This kind of accommodation is proof that they truly work from the customer's perspective, and I'm definitely thinking of using them again. Next, let's go to the eel restaurant inside the hotel.

The customer service was good and the hot springs were nice.Although the inn as a whole had been renovated, there was a very unpleasant dusty smell throughout.I think it's the smell that comes from aging in the hallway or when I enter a room, but it lowers my motivation. The hot springs also have the feel of a large public bath from the Showa era, so that's fine.I won't repeat it.
