I have used it several times as a ski accommodation. I went there for the first time this year, so I thought I'd post.good points・About 8 minutes by car from the nearest ski resort → Nearest accommodations in this area.・If you purchase an accommodation package that includes a lift ticket, you can buy a 1-day ticket to Kiso Fukushima Ski Resort for a discount of ¥2000.・There is a drying room, which is spacious and easy to use.・Even after checking out, you can use the facilities for changing clothes etc.·VacantA place worth the price・Meals *Rice is very delicious・Toilet *fair compared to other facilitiesBad points・When you go out, you cannot lock the door from outside the room *You can lock it from the inside.・The fan heater is for home use and does not have exhaust equipment → it stops for ventilation *All rooms have kotatsu, so they can be used together・The men's bath is out of order and cannot be used. *There are two hot springs nearby so I will go there.I like it here, so I think I'll use it again. Sorry for the long post.

The building is old and has been around for a long time. The meal system is similar to a school lunch system. For bathing, it's best to go to the nearby Nihongi. The fire in the hearth will keep cookingSometimes it's smoky (lol)I put in and take out the bedding myself. It's quite dusty, soPeople with allergies should be careful. You can take advantage of lift discounts at Kiso Fukushima Ski Resort.

I think it's a nice inn with an old building...However, there were no anti-slip edges on the stairs, so when I went down without slippers, I slipped on the 2nd to 3rd floor and hurt my wrist. There are only slippers for adults, so be careful if you bring small children. The food honestly sucks. It can't be helped that it's self-service, but the contents were 6 items, including cold commercially available croquettes, macaroni salad, and meat and potatoes that didn't have a trace of warmth...There are no side dishes that the children will enjoy...If you want to fill your stomach and soul even just a little, I recommend buying it at a convenience store about 5 kilometers away.Breakfast was the same as you would find at any inn.I was so shocked by dinner that I didn't even feel like taking pictures, so I only had breakfast.Even though the bathroom was shared, it was a small bathroom with a lot of dust collecting on the top of the shelf in the changing room, so perhaps it was to protect the privacy of the changing room, but it was locked and I couldn't get in when I wanted to. …I'm grateful that the room was empty and they let me put my luggage in early and let me change my clothes, but I'm worried about security because the door can only be locked from the inside.By the way, there is no smoking area, so I brought an ashtray and opened it to smoke on the balcony, but even though the inside windows were clean to protect against the cold, the outside windows were so poorly positioned that I was nervous because I couldn't lock the door properly. The futon is a rice cracker futon that has been worn out and lacks volume. What's more, some guests apparently had a large number of stink bugs come out when they took out their futons, some even came out of the futon in their room, and when I tried to load my luggage on the way home, they were clinging to my bag.I was able to enjoy skiing at a low price with a plan that included a lift ticket to Kiso Fukushima Ski Resort, but I was very disappointed, perhaps because I had gotten a good deal from the cheap guesthouses and hotels I had stayed at in the past.I think it's fine to claim self-service in many ways, but at least I didn't feel like I was receiving "hospitality" even though I had paid to stay.It seems that there are some repeat guests, but even when I was chatting with strangers, I saw people who had the same opinion as me.I'm sure the people involved with the hotel may be offended by this, and some may hesitate after seeing this post, but I'll leave it here because it's my family's honest impressions. .
