20241012 Day trip hot spring available for ¥500. Although it was a busy time in the evening, they responded courteously. If you go up the stairs from the entrance to the 2nd floor and go to the next building using the connecting corridor, you will find a hot spring.

I entered 457 from Route 19 and saw a signboard on my right hand side, so I went down and saw a retro-looking dormitory. It feels like the Showa era... or is that the best way to describe it?A deserted dormitory...I guess. At the entrance, ask if you would like to use the hot springs for a day trip and pay ¥500 per person. We will explain how to get to the hot springs, and then we will head there ourselves. The hot spring is on the second floor. As you walk through the dimly lit building and get to the place where you can see the outside scenery, you feel like you've entered a hidden gem. There is a free locker with a key when you enter the entrance. It's for valuables, and the changing compartment is a basket. It was dimly lit and there was only one indoor bath. The water is warm, so you can soak in it slowly and feel warm.Shampoo, body soap, and hair dryer are provided. It seems that a lot of local people are also using it.On the way home, the dog and his older brother kept here were happily taking a walk.Although it is a place rich in nature, it is old after all, so please use this with some understanding.

It is located along a mountain stream.I used it at a day trip hot spring. 500 yen too.Basically, it is open from 8:00 to 21:00, but it is also possible to use it from 7:00.To access the hot springs, go up the stairs to the second floor. The hot springs containing iron are fed directly from the source with many dancing flowers. The hot water was soft and pleasant. It's a charm that there are insects in a place like this 😀

I stayed here about 4 years ago. I knew it was an old inn, so I didn't have any complaints about the facilities or the room, but the breakfast and dinner meals were so salty that I ended up leaving about half of them. The bath was lukewarm when I took it for the second time in the middle of the night, probably because the bath wasn't heated by circulation. At check-in, I asked mom if she wanted to take a bath in the morning, and she said, "I don't know if it's in the morning...", so I guess she just boiled the bath once and then that was it. There was a lid on the bathtub when I took a bath. It may have been austerity measures due to the coronavirus pandemic, so I don't know how it is now. There was a young man with a slight disability working there, so he may have been working with a welfare facility. While I agreed with the idea, I wanted them to do basic things like take a bath and eat. I will never use it again. You can hear the sound of the river and the atmosphere is nice.
