The rooms are located in the basement of the house and are very small. The room just fits the bed with barely any spare room. Quite unpleasant smell in the room as well. Hot shower and working AC, however not worth the price you pay for it. Staff is unwelcoming and not available on multiple occasions. They do not seem to care and barely speak english. Rooms are not so clean, slug in the bathroom.Room was ok for the 2 nights we stayed but would not go there again in the future.

Very nice family run hotel, close to boat avenue and the beach.They made me feel very welcome and Im sure will be back next time im training at Bangtao MMA i love cats and the one they have here is not shy at all to come into your room lol which I don’t mind at all They have free coffee and water at the lobby Good value for price

It's the third time I've stayed. The room is comfortable, clean, the air conditioner is cool. If you don't turn on the air conditioner, the room is cool and you forget it when you sleep. The mattress is soft, quiet, not expensive, in the heart of the city. The owner is very kind. I recommend it.

The staff are so friendly at this family owned hotel. The rooms are private, so i technically viewed as a hotel and not a hostel. Which was perfect for me.You can't go wrong here

Near beach hostel has been our favourite place to stay so far. The accommodation has been newly renovated everywhere very clean. Showers have great pressure and good facilities of safes and microwave etc. About a twenty minute walk to the beach and ten minute walk in opposite direction to restaurants, shops and mall area. The owners of the hostel were absolutely lovely couldn’t fault the place. Would recommend.

The description of the place where the Hostel is located is not entirely consistent with reality. It's a 30-minute walk to the beach, which I didn't get there. The room I rented was very nice, there was a bit of a problem with water drainage, but it's a small detail.

Room we booked was very nice and modern. Exact the same as picture in websites and Google. Bed was comfortable, AC worked, TV and fridge with water provided as well as some cookies :)When we came there was no one speaking english but the contacted us with someone who speaks english on the phone. Nevertheless everyone was very nice and kind and our problem was solved. (We booked for 3 nights but could only stay 1).Unfortunatelly it is far away from the beach and to be honest the neighborhood was quiet frightening. We tried to walk to the beach but after dark (18 o'clock) we quit half way as it was very dark and we didn't feel safe there.There's nothing to do in neighborhood. The only thing are Tesco and McDonald in 10 minutes walk. It's on the "backyard" of very busy road in the middle of nowhere.It would be a big problem if transportation if the city wouldn't be so expensive. Even small tuk tuk ride was at least 250 TBH and Taxi to anywhere started from 600 TBH. If you have a scooter or taxi - your home. Otherwise it can be difficult to travel to the beach or to the other cities.

Excellent location for us as we were trying to stay as close as possible to the Laguna Resort! A good price for the area and was very clean! The owners are also so friendly! They offered us watermelon in the evening and complimentary tea, coffee and toast in the mornings! They also have a beautiful and friendly cat! 10/10
