Arrived for our first night in Bali. Checked in 3am and was demanded to go to go to the ATM wouldn’t let us pay in the morning despite it being this time of the morning and we had no idea where there even was an ATM. Minimal English is fine but when you’ve no manners is different. Then showed us to the room which he didn’t even help with our bags as there was about 5! After settling into the room we got knocked on twice after 3am . Once for towels and second time for water. Great to have these but we’re trying to sleep at this stage of the night! Then the next morning 10:50 get another knock reminding us check out is 11. Glad we only stayed one night because they were so unbelievably rude. Dismissed my boyfriend when he was trying to check out. Not a great welcome or impression for first timers in Bali!

Excellent location! Helpful and smiling staff. We booked a private room and stayed on the second floor. The room was okay, not the cleanest but overall we were very happy with our stay. Will def stay there again!

You really need to search a bit for the entrance.Got a room on the ground floor. It was clean and you have a lot of space.The hotel is very close to the beach, but a view meters away from the next main road.Service was OK and we could also park our luggage after checkout behind the reception for a last walk.

The location is great, right next to the beach, many restaurants, shopping, and it’s quite private. But the air con barely worked. The sheets seemed to be dirty and unwashed. The appliances were old and hardly worked. They were also unorganized and initially couldn’t find our booking reservation, and then told us the next day we had to check out, even though we had reservations for two days. It’s a great place if you’re not expecting much. A bit unprofessional. And also, the Wi-Fi was horrendous

Good location 30 meters from Echo beach. The room was fine and nothing was missing. The staff were nice, but had difficulty understanding what was said. They cleaned when you asked, which was a huge plus, and you could have your clothes washed.The wifi was really bad and there was a lot of noise through the walls and there was a lack of a common area.

Cleanliness was meh... (Shower)AC was working.But the WiFi was a joke!!!It's there as an alibi, so they can say 'free wifi'. But when you try to reconnect for the 20th time in 2 minutes (no joke) you just switch to mobile.

Good points about this place :- price for Canggu, good location, towels, good air conditioning but we couldn’t choose the temperature so I spent the night to turn in and off.Bad points :- not feeling the place really clean- humid room- so noisy neighbours. Must be 3 workers living in the next room.- you can hear the water pump every 20 min, + people in the street.- pillow way too big so I had to sleep on my towel and had to sleep with pants and jumper because no blanket. Just a bed sheets.However really good location like I said, people nice, good for travelers on budget with not much expectationPaid 420 000 for 2 nights 2 people

the location is excellent and the staff very friendly. Next door is a very good Greek restaurant. I found the room with a musty smell right when I arrived. In the most it is very worthwhile.

Curtains aroud the dorm beds so we all had our own little space. It was in a great location and with only 4 people in my room, it was exactly what I wanted. Walking distance to everywhere, lovely staff., warm shower and water refill :)

Really a lot of mosquitos. I even got dengue fever in this place. Day and night they are in the rooms. This place is not ok to receive guests. Do yourself a favour, save your health and spend your time and money in another place as there are so many in Bali.

There is a lot of noise in the place. During the day a lot of cars pass by and during the night the water pump. And there is a lot of dust because the area next is under construction. This type and level of dust is really bad for your lungs. Do not reccommend this place.
