It's a wonderful inn.The reason I stayed here was to take a day trip bath at Shiobara Onsenkyo's Yumeguri Tegata (currently sold out).First of all, the quality of the spring water is very good.In terms of ingredients, the hot water contains over 200mg of metasilicic acid, which is good for beautiful skin, but above all, the water is extremely fresh.Hot springs begin to deteriorate the moment they come in contact with air. Therefore, it is preferable to locate the hot spring source as close as possible to the bathtub, but here we have the luxury of using a self-springing source (the bathhouse is on the 3rd and 4th floor, so the water is pumped up from the source).Since I use it all the time, I feel like it puts less strain on my body.As I tour the hot springs, I notice that hot springs can be divided into those that are tiring and those that are not, and I think Masuya's hot springs are the latter.Even though the quality of the spring water is already good, they even serve tea to day trip bathers.I love hot springs, and when the service is so good, I definitely want to stay there. Please try staying there. There are so many seasonal dishes that are locally produced for local consumption.Of course, the taste is also impeccable. The breakfast area is also a must-see, with dolls and flowers that change depending on the season. There are also flowers arranged in the hallway, so you won't get bored.

Although the building itself is showing its age, it has been well-maintained and doesn't feel old.You can also relax by hearing the sound of the river in front of your room.Meals were served in the room, so I was able to enjoy them at my leisure without having to worry about time. The locally caught bracken tempura was delicious.I had booked a gourmet upgrade plan that included two dishes + fruit, but the woman definitely couldn't finish it! There are so many types. Everything was delicious. We had a futon laid out for us to eat in our room, and the futon was lowered during breakfast, which made us feel like we had actually come to a ryokan (^^) All the employees praised the friendliness and service very well. I understand that it is high.

There is one more thing I would like to introduce to you.The corridors on each floor of the building are decorated with pressed flower frames made by the owner's mother in the past, so you can enjoy them. The colors have changed quite a bit since the last time I visited, but I thought it was a nice change of atmosphere.

It is an iconic hotel in the area and has preserved many historical records. Through the calligraphy, paintings and photos collected by the boss, you can see the visits of many famous people.Although the house renovated in the Showa era has traces of history, it is kept clean and fresh. The portions of the meals are generous, and every dish is made with exquisite care, making it very unforgettable. The location is next to Momiji Bridge, the window view is great, and transportation is convenient. There is an express bus station opposite, which makes it easy to travel to and from Tokyo. The overall review is an unbeatable recommendation ~

It was conveniently located right in front of the bus stop. The customer service, hot springs, and food were very good.I was able to enjoy the food slowly in my room. When I asked for a knife to eat the persimmons I bought nearby, they even provided plates and hawks, so I was very happy with their thoughtfulness.Although the building is old, it was kept well-maintained so I had a comfortable stay. You can spend a quiet and relaxing time.It was also a place I would like to visit if I had the chance.

Masuya Ryokan.A colorless and transparent chloride spring. It's so nice to be able to take a bath with the water flowing directly from the source until 9am the next day. It's a hot bath made with 63 degrees hot spring water and stream water, so you'll stay warm even after you get out of the bath. The open-air bath is quite small and can only accommodate two people, but the large bath is just the right size. After all, it feels like it's getting old. However, this inn is decorated with flowers in vases, and you can feel the attention to detail. This is a quaint ryokan with a Showa era feel, so if you don't like old things, you'll definitely want to choose another ryokan. This is an inn where you can feel the good old days. The customer service is very kind, polite, and personable. The meal was really voluminous and I was able to fill my stomach. This is the first time I've had such a delicious and filling meal at this price. The meat and sashimi are all delicious, and there are many options. The company's efforts are amazing.Even though we stayed on a Saturday, the cost of accommodation was more than enough considering the dilapidated building.I had a really good stay.thank you very much.
