Enjoy the taste of autumn. Guest rooms and hot springs surround a pond in the courtyard. Mossy roof. I quite like this type of rustic inn, where the scenery is condensed around the pond. Furthermore, when you step into the restaurant space, which opened in March, you will be surprised by the otherworldly feel, as if you have instantly been transported to a stylish, high-end restaurant through a door.

I used it for my wedding anniversary. I had heard good things about it before, but the food was truly amazing. The fish used were grunt, amberjack, and giant croaker. You can see the value from the fact that the meat was fresh. It's worth more than the price. The atmosphere and tableware will make you have a blissful time. Sorry for being so focused on cooking that I rushed to take a photo after eating dessert.

Although it is an auberge, it is a wonderful inn where you can experience an extraordinary experience with the quaint Japanese architecture that gives you a sense of history, the smooth sulfur hot springs, and the tranquility of the lush mountain village. Each dish is full of surprises and excitement. 2 hours went by in a blink of an eye. Not only is the fish and meat delicious, but the vegetables standing next to it are shockingly delicious! You'll be very satisfied both at night and in the morning, so we highly recommend staying there. However, there are many stairs and it is not barrier-free, so it is not suitable for elderly people who have difficulty walking.

A hidden restaurant opened by Sansuien in March 2022 that requires reservations. The dishes were made with not only local ingredients, but also the best ingredients from all over the country, and were carefully prepared and seasoned, making each dish a masterpiece unlike anything I had ever eaten before.I was filled with anticipation as I watched the food being prepared, and then when the beautiful food was brought to me, I couldn't help but be moved. A really great restaurant.It's a place you'll want to visit as the seasons change.There are 11,000 yen and 16,500 yen (tax included) courses.You can also enjoy drinks, including rare beers that can only be found here in Yamaguchi Prefecture.In early spring, I sometimes felt cold inside the store, so it would be nice to have a lap blanket.

I was surprised to find a hot spring just off the road in Shunan City, but I was also surprised to find an inn and a stylish restaurant like this.It's called an auberge.The inn is a rustic inn, and when you walk along the hallways and stairs, you can hear the soothing sounds of the countryside.Although the building itself is old, it was kept very clean and I felt like they were taking good care of it, which made me want to support them.The hot springs are fed directly from the source and have a sulfur smell, and the rock and cypress baths create a nice atmosphere.It doesn't have a modern feel, but you can feel the charm even in its simple interior. My skin became smooth while soaking in the hot water.The food is also an amazing experience. When you open the door from a modest inn, you'll find yourself in a sophisticated and fashionable space that you might find in the Ebisu area of Tokyo. . .Billie Eilish is playing in the BGM, is this the same place? ? Gap moe that you can think of.Each and every dish was made with great care and was delicious!It's not a dish that's heavily processed, but rather a dish that brings out the flavors of the ingredients. It was really delicious. . .It made me want to let more people know about this wonderful inn and restaurant, and to have more people come and support it.It seems that day trips to the hot springs and cooking, as well as lunch only, are offered.Both the hot springs and the food are highly recommended ✨

20 years ago, my high school daughter and I took care of her. Carp in the pond seen from the breezeway in an old small Japanese-style room. Delicious meal. Most of all, I remember the gentle hospitality of the landlady. I would like to visit you again.

Other than the fact that the location was a little hard to find and the parking lot was small, everything was fine. In particular, the bath filled with sulfur made my skin feel moist, and if anything, it felt like it was clinging to my skin, and I was able to enjoy it while looking out at the garden. The meal that followed was also delicious. I had never eaten sashimi made from thinly sliced yellowtail, so it was delicious. I would like to go again.

As mentioned on Facebook, wine and sparkling wine are not available at Sansuien. There is a charge to bring in the wine, but since the wine is meant to be enjoyed with food, I'm glad they don't have it on display.

Mioka Onsen is not very well known, but the hot spring at this inn is a characteristic mall hot spring, so I stayed there for that reason.The hot water has been warmed to an appropriate temperature, and has black flowers dancing in it and a slight sulfur smell.I don't think it's a carbonated spring, but for some reason small bubbles stick to my skin.You don't see many springs with complex elements in this area, so I think it's worth staying just for that.It is very easy to access as it is just a few minutes away from Kumage Interchange, but there are few shopping facilities in the area, perhaps due to its popularity.The parking lot is a little narrow and has a steep climb, so please be careful.Since it is a small inn, the hospitality is not luxurious, but even apart from that, this Moor Izumi is quite rare.
