A winery stay I've always wanted to stay atTo Mr. Travigne.I visited with my friend and three women.Unfortunately it was raining, but there was a Vines Spa.There is also a book lounge so you can relax for a day.I was able to stay without getting bored. The vineyard view from the balcony of the room is beautiful, and the view of Travigne from the vineyard side is also beautiful. It was beautiful again. The meals also incorporate seasonal ingredients, and I was excited to see that there were ingenuity sprinkled throughout the restaurant to give it a winery feel.Actually, I don't drink much wine, but I try non-alcoholic sparkling wine and grape juice. We also enjoyed alcoholic beverages other than wine.It was also nice that the amenities in the room were Aveda.I would like to visit again on a sunny day.Anyway, it was the best place.

I stayed here in April of this year, and even though I don't drink wine, I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of the room, the location, the sophisticated staff, and most importantly, the food. If I may say something selfish, I think it would have been better if the hot springs were separated from those for day use, but even apart from that, it was still great. I'll bother you again.

The hotel room, view, service, and customer service were great. This time I stayed for the summer, so I wanted to go again in a different season: autumn for the harvest, winter for the snowy scenery and fireplace, and spring for the flowers.

Style.Cosy version of Napa in JapanSetting.Niigata coast, green and fertile. 2 km from the seaExplore.Niigata wine coast. Recharge and unwind at the hotel complexRooms.Vineyard view room with fluffy white beds@ the hotel.CAVE D'OCCI is a pioneer in Japanese wine and has been making wine since the 90s and grow 18 globetrotting types of grapes. Lovely summer escape to this quiet offbeat location, I was the only non Japanese here and heard zero English except from one Japanese American couple here. Fantastic and much appreciated massage at the Aveda spa, wine tour, onsens, laid back but great service, there are numerous restaurants, cafes (including a book cafe), and shops here.Food & drinks.Lovely meals using simple fresh local products.Felt so well fed and wholesome after the farm to table mealsPrices.US$ 509 for: the beautiful room, wine tour, dinner with wine pairing, 75 minutes Aveda spa massage, plus transport from the train station.Rating.5/5

It was a wonderful experience. The only thing I was disappointed with was the hospitality aspect. I think it's very unfortunate. I am giving it 4 stars with high hopes for the future.I was very satisfied with the room. However, the reception for room service AVEDA massages is from 10:00 to 19:00, and when I tried to request a massage at 17:00, I was refused because I already had a reservation. I would have liked to receive information about massage reservations at the time of reservation.Regarding the drink service in the lounge, I was happy to be able to enjoy some delicious wine, but when I ordered grape juice, I was disappointed that Kagome's regular grape juice was served. They prepare delicious Austrian grape juice with meals, so I don't understand why they prepared something different for the lounge service. If it's a matter of cost, wine is more expensive, and considering the original cost of accommodation, it would be a shame if the level of satisfaction decreased. As for the food, not only the wine pairing, but also the food itself is of a high standard, and I think even non-alcoholic drinkers will be satisfied. Both evening and morning were wonderful.Regarding customer service, there was considerable variation among the staff, and to be honest, there were only a few who provided pleasant customer service. I was impressed by the restaurant staff that night, especially Mr. Kitashiro's detailed explanations about the wines and his friendliness, and Mr. Takizawa's sunny smile, who responded well to my jokes. The customer service of the hotel staff and the morning staff was not good. He makes eye contact but doesn't give a nod, he smells like armpits, he suddenly starts explaining things first thing in the morning without saying hello, and when I'm showing him around to a restaurant, he keeps his head straight when he's talking so it's like he's talking to himself. I can only hear things. It is exactly as the person who gave a low evaluation about the customer service at the attached business spa said.Reviews of day-trip hot spring facilities are listed separately, so it is best to read them. By the way, it seems that guests of the business spa can also stay overnight. The Ohno bathrobe that was used in the room was so wonderful that I purchased it along with glasses from the animal series. I was able to actually use it and buy it, so it was a great shopping experience.I wrote a lot of things, but there is no doubt that I had a lot of good memories. I sincerely hope that the next time I visit, it will be an even more wonderful place.

2406 It was great! ! The facilities, the food, the staff's response, everything was wonderful and I had a rich experience.-The facility itself is very clean. You can see the wine fields from your room window. There are only 10 accommodation rooms, so there aren't many people, and the only sounds you can hear are the voices of the birds. Relax and read a book on a chair on the balcony.・The garden on the premises could best be called a garden and was full of flowers. It's not that big, but it feels very comfortable.・All the rice was delicious. Asparagus with a nice herbal aroma, young sweetfish with a bittersweet aroma, overly sweet Nanban shrimp, fatty wagyu beef, and cherries with alcohol and spices for dessert.・Guests can use the Vinespa free of charge. Slimy and alkaline. It's fun to relax in the book lounge.・It's quite rich at 50,000 yen per night, but considering that you can do more than just stay at a luxury hotel in Tokyo, it's overwhelmingly satisfying. I would like to stay there again in a different season.
