Villa Misrepresentation and Unsafe Conditions!!The villa was advertised as 5-star, clean, and sanitised, but upon arrival, we found it rundown and unsafe. The owner acknowledged the issues and agreed to a refund through Agoda, stating the photos were over 10 years old and the villa required maintenance and renovations, however refused refund to Agoda after we spent more money on booking new accommodation. Air conditioning was only in the bedrooms, despite being advertised for all rooms, and some units were not working. Floors were chipped, walls had water damage, with holes in the roof and walls. Hazardous areas were unmarked, and windows could not be closed. We were concerned about dengue and mpox. The villa was near a waste site, far from attractions. Taxis refused to enter the location due to its isolated, dark alley. We felt unsafe as the doors and gate could not be locked. There were mosquitos, ants, moths, and cobwebs. Beds had sand, bathrooms had mould, and the spa bath was covered in soap scum. We do not recommend and do not waste your money on this scam!!!

Were invited to this avant-garde villa as guests. I was very surprised by the interior, like a mix of Bali, the south of Italy and St. Petersburg, a spacious hall, columns, paintings, a guest area, a pool area, a spiral staircase, this compensates for the slightly shabby appearance. The rooms are clean, everything is decent. The price is good.

Far away in a quiet neighborhood, cleanliness is non-existent, there are a lot of insects inside the bedrooms and on the bed, the place is beautiful and very spacious.

I booked this villa as I was recommended by my friend. But the experience was very disappointing. They cancelled my booking 2 days before my check in time. I was already in Bali and I had event planned. I was so stressed as I have booked the catering suggested by them as well. I have confirmed this booking since October last year but they still cancelled last minute

Bookings have been made since 30 October for 12-13 November 2022 via Traveloka. Suddenly day-2 was canceled unilaterally on the grounds that someone had already booked. Very disappointed because plans went awry. Called once, picked up but after that couldn't be contacted.

The Villa itself is very big!!! Very Great hospitality, Kak Assti, Mr Ketut and two others (i am sorry i forgot the name) are so lovely. the villa is very clean thoug its an old and classic one. the toilette ameniities, and room amenities is complete. they provide breakfast which are delicious. the pool is clean, the kitchen is complete, this is the definition of old but gold, we got very cheap price for such a beautiful villas <3definitely comeback, we were group of 15 and we all had a very great experience on Deva Bali Villa. here's the CP - Kak Assti 0813-5325-6385
