I have used it many times already. If there are a lot of people, I always suggest this first. The lodge has a hearth and a BBQ table outside. The hearth is the best.front? You can buy charcoal, nets, fire starters, etc.At night, we all sleep together in the tatami room. It's like a school trip, nostalgic and wonderful. Deer were running around outside at night. There are some reviews about hygiene, but that's just the way it is. It's kind of emotional and exciting when you think of it as your grandparents' house in the countryside. It's common for spiders, ants, and moths to be around here, so I think they're the ones who keep it clean. And cheap. And freedom.Only once was there a heavy rain/flood warning, and I couldn't check out, so I had to extend my stay, but (of course I had to pay the extra fee), it seemed like they really wanted me to go home early lol. Somehow, I felt like I was forcing myself to leave. However, along the way, the bridge was submerged in water due to a landslide. In the end, I took a detour and got lost in the mountains. The staff seemed kind, but I wonder if they were different the next day ^^; I always make fun memories, including things like that. I would like to continue to use it♪

I heard that they open a soba restaurant on Saturdays and Sundays, so I had it! Juwari Soba and Tsuyu were both delicious. Above all, we were very satisfied with the large spacious hall where even families with children could relax and play in the shallow river in the back. Elementary school students who love soba were eating the same amount of mori soba (1000 yen) as adults.

It may depend on the other guests, but it's quiet with just the sound of the river. Both the bath and toilet are kept clean. Isn't it good for families with small children? The second time I used it, I was the only one who had reserved it, so it was really quiet. I think the price is low and the cost performance is good. Another good thing is that you can get there from Keihanshin in about 2 hours thanks to the high speed network.

It seems like the only place to play around is the river 😢

It is a facility where both children and adults can play, with accommodation facilities, camping space, and several types of experiences. This time, at an elementary school summer vacation parent-child event, children and their parents had fun playing in the river (free), catching rainbow trout (paid), and fishing for rainbow trout (paid) in the heat!

I was unexpectedly able to participate in the first event called Hagoromo Onbutai. This event was really good. We enjoyed live music including spectacular Japanese drums, and catching char was so popular that we barely made it in time to wait in line. The two children caught a total of 8 catches, and their father also joined in at the end, catching a total of 11 catches. I also received a nice watermelon as a prize at the watermelon split. There were also food trucks, all of which were delicious and stylish, so adults could enjoy the food.I was lucky that there weren't many people and I was able to enjoy the event in a leisurely manner, perhaps because it was the first event and not well known, but it was a lot of fun and I could see that the organizers were working hard, so I hope to see more from next time onwards. I hope it becomes a very popular event. We also hope that this event will be more enjoyable for both children and adults. We had reserved a lodge to catch the char, so we ate it grilled with salt on the hearth and it was especially delicious, and the kids were very happy with it.As for the Japanese-style lodge, it can't be helped that everything is outdated as it feels like a lodge from a while back, but the instructions and stove cover are in tatters, the futons aren't fluffy and dry, and there seem to be dust mites in the room. I get itchy, the air conditioner is full of dust, the inside bottom of the hearth pot has accumulated dirt that I can't remove, the bathroom is moldy, the garden trees are full of cobwebs, and in my opinion, it's the worst. Ta. My husband, who is used to camping, told me that campground lodges were like this, but considering the price and the strict hygiene management these days, the lodge was unbelievably dirty.I enjoyed the irori hearth and it's a beautiful place full of nature, so I would like to give it a high rating, but I guess I'll give the lodge only one star. However, when I look at the staff, they all seem to be cheerful and serious, and I think that if I write like this, they will improve in the future. However, there didn't seem to be any female staff, so I thought feminine hygiene management would be desirable.

The price is attractive. The toilets on the free site are far away. The temperature was low because there was almost no sunlight. The staff are helpful.

Stayed for 1 night. I think it will be easier to imagine if you think of it as a country house with an irori hearth.Unfortunately, there were a lot of stink bugs and the back mountain was not well maintained, making it impossible to take a walk.1200 yen fee for BBQYou cannot use the irori hearth unless you purchase charcoal for 700 yen. Even if you bring your own barbecue set, you will need to pay a fee to use it. Be careful of that.A river runs through the premises, so you can play in the water. The depth is 10 to 20 cm.We recommend trying your hand at making soba. Makes enough for 3 people.
