The Western-style toilet is located opposite the bathhouse on the first floor. Even though the building is old, it is at best comparable to my grandparents' house in the countryside. There are 3 outlets in the room and WiFi available in the hotel. The futons and yukatas are clean. You can bathe in the hot springs at night and in the morning. The bathhouse is unisex, but the changing room can be locked. The landlady is kind. There is nothing lacking. Therefore, the cost performance is too good for this price.

It was nice that the hot springs were fed directly from the source.Available for private use.However, there is only one bathroom in operation, so if you wear one, you may not be able to use it.There is no air conditioner in the room, but there is a fan.I also find it difficult that the toilets are Japanese style.I think people choose, but hot springs are very good.By the way, it is located next to Shimosuwa-juku Honjin.

Features・An old hot spring inn・The hot springs are of excellent quality and are fed directly from the source. It's also nice that you can rent it out while you're using it. However, it is a simple and hard-core hot spring with no showers.・There is no air conditioning or heating, so the room is extremely cold in the middle of winter. Kerosene stoves can be dangerous if left on at night, so a kotatsu is the way to go. Is it a good idea to bring a hot water bottle?・The toilets are shared and quite old.・A great price of around 5,000 yen per night・Good location near Suwa Taisha AkimiyathoughtsThis is an inn that many people choose in terms of facilities, but for me, a hot spring fanatic who seeks natural hot spring water, this inn is very satisfying.

I wasn't sure if I should write about it, but I'll write it frankly for those who might use it in the future.It didn't suit me.I like remote inns and have been to many of them, but it's difficult to praise them as much as other similar inns, saying, ``Even though it's an old building, it's well-maintained.''・The toilets were built in the first half of the Showa era and have a horror feel to them. Needs renovation as expected・There is no hot water in the bath! ?・I want a bath towel・I also want tissue paper・Cooking is normal. Maybe due to the price increase, it doesn't feel like a good deal as other people's reviews say.I guess it's okay if you stay overnight without meals and use the toilet outside as much as possible.The family that runs the company doesn't seem to be bad people, so I really hope they can find some way to manage their business and overcome the turmoil of the times.

The building is old and cold, but there is a kotatsu and a fan heater, so it was warm 😅It was a pity that there was no toilet in the room, but the food was delicious and I would like to stay there again if I have the chance.

Google map display is terribleThe road from Shimosuwa Station to this inn is said to be ``almost flat,'' but the only flat part is about 200 to 300 meters from the station, and it's almost a steep slope.

I can't deny that the facility is old, but there were no other guests that day, so I was able to relax. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the bath at the inn that day, but I was given a coupon to go to a public bath (hot spring) nearby. The public bath (hot spring) seems to be open from 5:30 in the morning.
