This hotel is located at the very back of Hanamaki Onsen Town. A large facility with a garden-like courtyard that can host banquets and wedding receptions for a large number of people. The hot springs are alkaline with a pH of 9.0, and have an addictive smooth texture. Some rooms have an open-air bath, so you can enjoy bathing directly from the source. If you wish, you can also use the hot springs at three hotels in the same Hanamaki hot spring town, Momijikan, Hotel Hanamaki, and Senshukaku, free of charge and with transportation included. These hot springs are simple hot springs, so you can feel the difference from Kashoen. Dinner is usually served in your room, and is creative cuisine made with local ingredients. It was so voluminous that I had a hard time finishing it all. If there is a problem, it is that it is a large facility so there is a long distance to travel within the facility. I had planned to visit several large public baths, but it was far away so I ended up being lazy. Also, for dinner, the same ingredients were served with two different seasonings, but the portions were large and I was a little disappointed. The guest rooms were a bit larger than those in a business hotel, and I didn't feel as relaxed as I was eating dinner next to my bed. However, it is a famous hotel that represents Hanamaki Onsen, and I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

This hot spring hotel is indeed remarkable in terms of facilities and equipment. It has all kinds of facilities, from comfortable guest rooms to complete public areas, which can make people feel a certain quality. However, from a price point of view, its hot spring services are somewhat unsatisfactory. The overall hot spring experience lacks character and has nothing unique that makes people shine. For individual travelers seeking a personalized travel experience, this may be a bit disappointing. But if it is a tour group or company holding an annual meeting, the complete facilities and large reception capacity here are a more suitable choice. It is hoped that the hotel can work more on hot spring services in the future, add some special projects, and enhance the travel experience of individual tourists to better meet the needs of different types of guests.

I made a reservation in February and was able to go in September 🥰The travel agency also told me that if I had ordered it in April, I might not have made it in time.A vast site. Is it all one mountain? There are three other group hotels.Anyway, the service was perfect. They also provided transportation to other hotels and a bakery in the morning. They also helped me find out what I wanted as a souvenir. The hot springs are all made of cypress, and the rooms are also made of cypress.I went there 3 times and was very satisfied.I'm a coffee fan, but the syrup in the tea was fragrant and delicious. Of course it was OK to have a second helping 😃

Our motto when traveling is to stay at reputable inns. I decided on this one without hesitation. The accommodation was more wonderful than I expected. The appearance is nice, and the staff is active and there are a lot of people, so you can respond quickly. The simmering hot water ♨️ was also great ❤️ There weren't many customers, so I was able to spend a quiet and relaxing time. When I told him in advance that a friend of mine who was traveling with me would be celebrating his 60th birthday soon, he gave me congratulatory words and chopsticks🥢 at dinner. My friend was surprised!! ️ I was so emotional that I burst out laughing. It was truly a memorable trip. At the beginning of the meal, chestnut rice was prepared in a pot and cooked at just the right time. The Maezawa beef shabu-shabu was also soft and really delicious.Breakfast was at a different place, but I chose porridge and was very satisfied with the food, which was more than enough⭕️Also, if you tell the waitress that you would like to go to another sister hotel to choose a souvenir, just ask at the front desk and she will be there right away. He said he would give me a ride in his car. When I arrived wearing indoor shoes, they prepared outdoor shoes for me and took me right away. When you return, just let the front desk of the sister hotel know and they will come and pick you up quickly. The next morning, I told her that I wanted to buy bread at the hot spring bakery, and she gave me a ride. I really can't say enough about it 🎵 It's a wonderful inn that lives up to its reputation! ️Recommended👏🏻

I stayed at a group hotel last year, and this year I definitely stayed here. The hall was spacious and we were able to enjoy our meals quietly. However, although it was delicious, I was surprised at how large the portion was. I left it behind. It's already been 12 minutes in the morning and I'm full. You can choose your shampoo in the bath, and there is free water at key points. It's free to drink everything in the fridge (you can't finish it).The view from the bath in the room is beautiful, but I think it would be even better in the fall. The torch performance at night was also good. Relax in the courtyard while drinking coffee. I was so slow that I missed the symphony of lights at Momijikan. Next time I would like to stay for several nights.

I stayed with my family for 1 night and 2 days. It's a high-grade hotel in Hanamaki Onsen, so I had high expectations. What were the good points and what would you like to improve in the future?⭐︎Good points・The hot springs are of excellent quality and very clean. It's also nice that towels are left on site so you can go empty-handed.- Plenty of free drinks・Staff members are generally gentle and very pleasant.・Careful bed making★Improvement requests・I think it would be better to explain the meals and the inside of the building in more detail → The dishes were elaborate, and there were many things that made it difficult to know when to eat them or how to eat them. However, the food was basically just served quickly, without any prior explanation, and I was asked multiple questions afterwards. The facility does not have its own laundry, so it is linked to other hot spring resorts, and the system is complicated. For example, if you want to use one laundry, take a shuttle bus → head to another hotel's laundry (far away) → find out at the reception that you need to make a reservation → reception, use → kill time, call a shuttle bus and go back to your roomI had to go through this process, and I also had to check until what time the bus would be available.Overall, the hot springs and amenities were good for the price, and the staff were responsive, but the explanations (if not verbally, I wish they would have provided a simple manual) about the food and complex in-house systems were lacking. I felt it would be nice to have a little more.Although I had high expectations, there were some parts that were a bit disappointing.
