The food is good, but the hair dryer and electric water bottle cannot be used together, which is a bit frustrating.

I stayed here on a solo tour. The hot springs and food were great.I also thought the staff's response was excellent. The open-air bath in my room was hot, so I added water and left it for about 10 minutes, but it became lukewarm, but they took care of it right away. The downside is that alcohol with meals is expensive, a glass of Nanbu Bijin costs 4,000 yen, and a glass of regular wine costs 1,900 yen, which I think is a little too expensive. I usually order wine by the bottle, but instead I ordered it by the glass. . Beer in the refrigerator in the room and alcohol in the lounge after dinner were free, but I thought it was harsh for drinkers who wanted to enjoy alcohol with delicious food. That's the only regret for me

Stayed in a room with a garden on the 1st floorAmenities are also available, and you can feel free to drink the drinks in the refrigerator! There was also coffee and tea.The room is comfortable for two people, neither too small nor too large. An open-air bath (flowing directly from the source) with a room that can be used by 1 person or 2 people.Of course, you can enjoy both the indoor bath and the open-air bath, both of which are fed directly from the source. At the after-bath area, we have coffee milk, strawberry ole, fruit ole, small canned cola, ice cream, etc. There is also a free massage chair nearby, which is great to enjoy while looking at the scenery.Dinner and breakfast are served in private rooms. The meal is very satisfying with warm miso and freshly fried tempura. It had been a while since my birthday, but I received a surprise non-alcoholic treat from the hotel. When ordering drinks, he remembered that my husband and I don't like alcohol. It was really deliciousI went to the adjacent hotel and used the public bath there, but this time I bought some souvenirs at the shop. When I checked out, the host showed me a video saying that bears and antelopes can sometimes come close. This is an inn surrounded by nature, so I would like to visit in winter next time.

Although we traveled during Typhoon No. 10, they responded kindly and politely to any inquiries we had before arriving, and the local staff were very responsive and made us feel at ease, allowing us to spend a relaxing time. It was great even in the rain.

I don't mean to be harsh. 90,000 yen per night without dinner. I was really looking forward to coming here during a long weekend, but I was disappointed.[I have attached a real photo that is not posted on the exact travel site]For a room without meals of 90,000 yen, the rival accommodations are Hoshino Resorts, IHG, Hyatt, and Marriott in categories 4 to 6.It's poor compared to rivals in the same price range, and I don't see any attention to fixtures, amenities, or equipment.First thing to praise. The entrance and appearance were nice. The open-air bath with garden is beautifully lit up.But...A crappy TV/a low-grade hair dryer/amenities arranged in an old-fashioned colander/shampoo and soap similar to those found in business hotels. When I saw all the equipment that wasn't included, I thought, ``Oh, I guess they just hoisted it up and made money.''[Other rooms without meals in the 90,000 class room have Dyson and Refa hair dryers, depacos brand amenities, and top-class aromas.]A disappointing point that I have never seen before in the 90,000 yen per night class without dinner. I have to say that it's not worth the price.① I don't know if the carpet at the entrance is a stain or a pattern, but it looks dirty.②The blanket in the room was dirty and had drool marks on it even before I touched it.③The sash has an old design. Showa era.④Towel racks etc. look like something you would find at your grandmother's house.⑤The view from the hallway window looks cheap. To the manager. Would you be willing to come and stay in a 90,000 yen per night class hotel all over Japan? I think you'll see some issues.Mr. Shidate. If you want to get 90,000 yen for a room without meals, do your best.I don't think there will be another one.

It's not very spacious, but it's very luxurious with a massage chair in the room, atmosphere, amenities, and an open-air bath in the room!At first glance, the atmosphere of the room looks good, butEvery corner of the open-air bath in the room was not cleaned, so we had to clean up the sludge and hair ourselves and wash it off before taking a bath! Then, while I was sleeping, my body was so itchy that I could hardly sleep and developed eczema on the area where my yukata touched my skin! Later, when I looked at the wooden box that the yukata was in in the closet, there was cotton dust on the four corners (mites), so I think the yukata was the culprit (this is the first time something like this has happened to me).I hope the cleaning staff will clean every detail and the staff will double check! It was a shame as it was a very nice and luxurious inn...

I thought the room was a little old, but I was able to relax. The meal was a buffet with a variety of dishes from steak to sushi and sashimi, and there were various creative ideas such as a yellowtail dissection show and information on how the food was prepared. The hot spring was spacious and very nice, and the all-you-can-drink service in the lobby was great.

The room I stayed in was a modern Japanese maisonette with a view on the 4th floor and a ceramic open-air bath. A semi-maisonette type room with an open feel. The view from the room and from the ceramic open-air bath was amazing. Dinner and breakfast had a wide variety of items, and all the dishes were delicious. I was satisfied with the facilities, room, food, service, and customer service.
