I was looking for an accommodation where I could stay with my dog, and I found it.The contact to confirm my reservation, the response when I arrived, and the customer service during dinner were all wonderful.I was really happy that they took care of my meals because I was pregnant. My goal this time was to take it easy, so I was able to spend it very slowly. The room was very nice, but there were spider webs all over the walls. I was worried that there was something like that, but I had a very relaxing time.Next time, I would like to book a room with a bath in the room!

Thank you for staying with us for one night with our dog.I was able to spend a very meaningful time. The accommodation staff was very considerate and I would like to visit again. Dinner at the fireside is also exquisite.I used to fish in the Achi River right in front of me with bows, so I would like to try it again.

We went glamping in late August. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 3 year old children. It was my first time glamping for the kids and I, and we had a great time over the course of 2 days and 1 night!・WelcomeThank you for coming to see us despite the hot weather. Thank you very much for your consideration, including whether to store your luggage or not.The instructions were very thorough and easy to understand.・RoomIt was spacious enough and very beautiful! I felt that they were particular about the interior design, including the butterfly chair and Matthew rug for the furniture. The temperature is also perfect. (of course it is adjustable)There was insect repellent spray in the room. There are two power outlets installed next to each bed, so I didn't have any trouble charging the batteries. You can rent out general amenities, card games, etc. and order them from your tablet.Room service is also available, so if you like alcohol, you may want to use it (from Shimoto)There is also a wide variety of dog food. The menu was supervised by the chef and it looked delicious (lol)There are hanging chairs and hammocks outside the tent. The furniture installed differs depending on the room, so I hope you will enjoy it as part of the fun of the day ○lol*Children's items such as cribs and bed circles have not been confirmed.・Bonfire spaceThere is one fire pit. You can light the fire yourself, but the staff will light it for you. Apparently you can get fireworks at the front desk, but it was actually free! !I went to the front desk with one child and my father, but there were two children, right? I received as much as the number of children 😭 That's so generous! thank you very much!・BBQ (dinner)A large mosquito net? It is located inside, ensuring privacy. The children were provided with delicious-looking plates such as fried shrimp, curry, gratin, and cold soup, as well as chairs, so they could eat deliciously!Drinks are self-serve or ordered, so if you can bring your own, it's a good idea to prepare them in advance. After eating, you can play soft badminton, which is 1.5 times bigger🏸[Points to be corrected]We request that the radio wave environment be improved. This is because the tablet I use to order drinks was stuck in the "loading..." state and wouldn't start.Apparently the radio reception was not good, so I was advised to call him when I had to do something, but he didn't answer. lolAs if to make up for it, I saw the staff regularly, so I didn't have any trouble running errands, but since I have a tablet, I thought it would be easier for everyone if they could take measures such as adding a router. I thought ☺️🙌·toiletLocated near glamping and inside the hotel. Both were comfortable to use. For those near glamping, there is a washroom where you can brush your teeth... right? I couldn't find a water spot, so if you need it, please check it out 🙏・BathThe changing room is spacious and I think it's large enough for 2 or 3 pairs. (No one was there when we used it lol)Cleansers, lotions, and lotions are provided, as well as bath towels and face towels. There is also a convenient place to store used towels. By the way, the hair dryer was a Dyson. There were four washing areas in the bathhouse. Are the chairs expensive? So adults are comfortable. There are no children's chairs, so I think it's better for children to stand lol. There was POLA shampoo, treatment, and body soap. It smells good○The floors seem to be made of stone to prevent them from slipping. My 3 year old didn't wobble when I walked, so I was able to use it with confidence.·breakfastThey will bring it to your room.It comes in a large wooden box, so you may be able to take it outside your room. You can enjoy vegetables and fruits grown in this area. Personally, the apple jam was exquisite 😋·lastlyActually, I grew up near this area, so I realized that there are many people who are full of hospitality (lol)The reviews say that they eat a lot, but I think that's because they want them to eat a lot.I do think they should reconsider from the perspective of food waste, but I think it was the love of the staff who wanted to provide hospitality to everyone who came.If possible, would it be a good idea to be able to order the amount of food? Or maybe a refill system...?Next time I would like to use the rooftop sauna as well. Please let me use you again.Thank you for the wonderful time!

I enjoy traveling with my husband once a month. This time, after searching for a place with beautiful stars, I decided to stay here. In conclusion, the customer service and rooms are all terrible. It was completely different from the pictures on the internet, and it looked like a training camp that was built by DIY.When we arrived, we were greeted, but we were not asked if we could keep our luggage, and were shown to our rooms by inexperienced staff. There was no information about dinner or explanations of the room's facilities. The guest room bath had hot spring water. I didn't know that until I entered the public bath. Men's yukatas are not available in larger sizes, and there is only one type, which makes me feel distrustful. Also, even though the room was priced at 99,000 yen, the amenities were below that of a normal business hotel, and the furniture in the room was also cheaply decorated.Although it was supposed to be new, there was a hole in the ceiling, and the bath in the room was written to have the same cypress scent as the large bath, but it was just a normal household bath, and the drain in the bath did not drain well, and the water ran down. ends up flowing into the changing room.I couldn't bear it anymore, so I called the front desk. When I reported the inconvenience on the part of the inn, I was asked whether the customer was a woman or a man, and it seems like they don't know, but that's not the problem, so they're looking for the culprit? With a peaceful feeling...After checking out, I was given daifuku as an apology, but it didn't come with any expiration dates or ingredients, which was scary.I didn't even want to eat it, the staff didn't seem apologetic at all, and it was the worst from start to finish. The food was average, but the ingredients in the hot springs made my skin feel smooth.

First hereIt's not newI'm renovating,There were steps. The room has tatami mats for the price.Too small and disappointing! I thought it was spaciousIt was quite different from the photo. The people at the front desk are unfriendlyNo welcome drink either!Although the amount of food is largeFirst you will be shown a block of meat.Only a small amount comes out and I'm disappointed!Just performance. The staff delivering the food placed the food on the counter and engrossed themselves in old records.I tried to talk to my husband about my personal interests, but he didn't offer food, and even when I asked for tea, he forgot, even though we wanted to enjoy it together as a couple.I was just talking to my husband, but my dog didn't like it.I never touched it and ignored it!It was the worst! ! !I went there on my wedding anniversary! That's why I felt it was so expensive.

I was looking forward to my wife's birthday trip. After several hours of arriving, I was told that I couldn't take a bath...I was looking forward to the bath so I tearfully canceled it.I wish you would have told me in advanceMy biggest complaint was that the woman at the front desk just apologized and the manager didn't come out.I went to check with the manager multiple times, so she must have been inside the facility. Can't you take care of your customers? It's unpleasant★I don't want to wear any

A couple used it for Christmas. It was so cold that glamping was impossible. It's my own fault for choosing it, but I wish I had said something about it in a cold environment. Every time I turned the meat over outside in the snow at 0 degrees Celsius, the fire would cool the inside and it wouldn't cook for a long time. After I finished eating everything, the paella for about 10 people came. I don't know if it'll look good, but even though he proudly said, "Everyone can't eat it all," I was told that I'd leave the wraps for you to take home with you, but there's no way I could travel and bring them home in paella wraps. The room I stayed in was a dome-shaped tent, but the room never got warm. There were two heaters, but it was cold. And the moment I entered the room, there was garbage of used paper cups at the entrance. Cleaning has not been done. Something like a baby star was also falling. This is fine, but since it's Christmas, there's a champagne service! When I answered that I couldn't drink, nothing was left. Overall, I felt that the service was self-centered.What was the difference between customers who saw them off after paying and those who didn't? I felt uncomfortable watching it.It wasn't a very cheap price, so I had a disappointing Christmas.
