I took a bath on April 14, 2024.I had previously used the Ginga no Yu in the foreground, so I thought I'd use it again, but when I visited, I found out that it had closed.Kenkokan is a facility that operates with the aim of improving health by improving bathing techniques.Unfortunately, due to a mechanical malfunction, it was decided that the water would be reused instead of flowing directly from the source. For that, we gave a complimentary service to the bathing fee of 500 yen.The spring quality is a smooth alkaline spring. I felt refreshed and comfortable after taking a bath.

I visited the hot springs with my wife using a handprint. Using bills, including bathing tax,800 yen was available for 400 yen.There are 39 degree baths, lying baths, 42 degree baths, 33 degree low temperature baths, and walkable baths.The bath is a simple alkaline hot spring that will leave your skin slippery. For me, it was a nice bath with a low temperature and a long, slow bath.You can't walk in a walking bath if there are other people around, but the bottom of the bath had stones lined up at equal intervals like foot pressure points, which felt really nice. It seems recommended to repeat walking baths and low-temperature baths.There were only 4 washrooms, and it felt oppressive when they were next to each other.Apparently there is exercise equipment in the facility, which can be used for an additional 300 yen. I don't know the details. Please check if you are using it.There is also a day-trip only rest area. It's not a large room, so I think it will fill up soon.

My wife chose to go a little further north than Hanamaki Onsen as it was our first time exploring new territory in a while. There was a hotel called Shin-Hanamaki Onsen nearby, but at the same time I also found two hot spring inns that had gone out of business, and considering that it used to be a lively place, I felt a little lonely even though it was my first time here.The Kenkokan I was looking for was located behind the hot spring town, on the opposite side of the hilly area. So I guess the spring quality is the same in both, I'll have to go in next time and check.There were two signs in front of the building: ``Kenkokan'' and ``Healthy Dojo Kohaku no Yado.'' I was confused for a moment. The exterior has a Western-style feel, and the interior has a wood-burning stove and a calm atmosphere, and it has a Western-style feel that doesn't look like a hot spring facility. As it is called a health dojo, it also has a training room and a rest area at the very back.The most important bath area is a walking bath, a low-temperature bath, and a lying bath, so you can enjoy a variety of things. Considering the size of the bath and the number of bathtubs, I felt like there were only four taps in the washing area, but I didn't feel it was particularly inconvenient.The large bathtub has a glass ceiling, giving a sense of openness, allowing you to take a bath while looking up at the sky. The quality of the hot springs is good and the hot springs are very warm, and the number of users is just right, so it was a nice place to relax.

I regularly visit them for day trip baths.I think the thick spring quality is very good for your skin.Day trip bathing costs 800 yen per person. The time is 10:00-20:00 unless there is a change. Probably the 26th of every month is ``Flo Day'' and there are discounts. It is also listed on the ``Yu Meguri Tegata'' every time, so you can take a bath at a discount.This time I went for the first time in a while, but it was closed for lunch and other meals. Accommodation may also be limited to a “fasting plan.”I only know of the men's bath, but there are two small bathtubs, a sleeping bath, a low-temperature bath, and a walking bath. This is a health promotion facility run by a medical corporation, and the atmosphere is different from other hot spring facilities. I love it 😊Just a short distance from the main road, Prefectural Route 13, the surrounding area is peaceful and soothing. I saw goats being raised several times.Even if the parking lot is full, you may be able to park at a nearby related facility, so it's a good idea to ask at the reception.The employees are kind and always make you feel good.Unfortunately, it appears that the T Point partnership has been abandoned.This is a wonderful facility that I would like to visit again in the future.

Since Himawari Onsen was closed, we visited this place next door for a day trip.Because the source is the same as Himawari Onsen, the hot water was the smoothest. The spring quality is a simple alkaline hot spring whose main components are sodium ions, hydrogen carbonate ions, and carbonate ions. It is classified as a hypotonic alkaline high temperature spring that is clear and colorless. It was heated and circulated filtration.There was no open-air bath, but there were many tricks. The sleeping bath was very relaxing and refreshing. There is also a lukewarm bath and a walking bath. The water temperature was 42 degrees Celsius, just the right temperature to warm you to the core without overdoing it. The minimum amenities are provided.As expected, the slimy feeling brought a smile to my face, and I felt very satisfied overall. The entrance fee of 800 yen may be a little high considering the level of facilities.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with Aurora fasting. Rather than just skipping meals, we create a fasting plan that is personalized to suit the person's daily lifestyle and fasting experience. I don't think there are many places that offer such detailed support.It is also a great place for hot spring therapy, with melting alkaline hot springs at high and low temperatures, and a wonderful lying bath.The quality of the prepared food and recovery food also provides horse mackerel that even those with macrobiotic experience will be satisfied with. They are really thorough in their work.Healing massages and dietary advice are also available for an optional fee (at a good value), so if you are working hard, we recommend visiting for 2 to 3 nights.

The building is made of wood and is warm, giving you the feeling of returning to an old elementary school or your parents' home in the countryside.We sell local products such as apples 🍎 and green onions at the entrance.The baths are fed by natural hot spring water, giving a sense of cleanliness, and the body soap and shampoo provided are also carefully selected.The best part is that it always has 5 ``spot the difference'' sheets on hand, and while you're frantically looking for them, you'll find yourself enjoying a full bath before you know it!
