This ryokan is located in a very quiet location, slightly set back from Venus Line, where there are recreational facilities.I arrived at the check-in time of 15:00, and there were two groups of customers ahead of me, but the staff cooperated and I was able to check in without having to wait that long. There is a large communal bath with indoor and outdoor baths that do not change genders, but I never met anyone else, probably because all the rooms have hot springs. The hot springs are almost colorless and odorless and have a circulation type, and although the open-air baths are covered high up and there is no view, they can be used all the way until 10:00 the next morning, and the hot springs warm your body. The temperature and amount of hot water in the hot spring in your room are automatically adjusted, so you don't have to worry about it. If you open the window fully, it feels like it's semi-outdoor.Dinner is 17:30 or 18:00, breakfast is 8:00 or 8:30. It was a delicious dish made with carefully selected Shinshu ingredients. Dinner was served by the staff member whose photo is displayed in the hotel, and it was a very noticeable service.Early in the morning, when I sat on the sofa and looked at the mountain behind me, I saw deer that looked like a parent and child, and I was able to forget about everyday life and relax.

I used it on my trip to Matsumoto and Tateshina! It is a very calm inn and is recommended for those who want to relax. There is a wood-burning stove in the lobby, and welcome drinks include De'Longhi coffee, apple juice, and wine tasting. The room is very clean and the indoor bath is also spacious enough. The large public bath is also large, and you can enjoy both indoor and outdoor baths comfortably. Also, perhaps because many people use the indoor baths, I get the impression that there are fewer people using the public baths. As for the food, the food is delicious both in the evening and in the morning. In the evening, we have a course meal featuring Shinshu beef as the main dish.Tateshina in October gets colder than you might imagine, so it's best to dress warmly. This is one of the inns I would like to stay at again!

I stayed in a Japanese-style room on the first floor. I was able to relax on the sofa in the living room and was healed by the natural light from the courtyard shining through the Japanese-style shoji screen. Although the room was close to the restaurant and public bath, I could not hear any voices or noises from outside the room, so it was very quiet. The food was carefully presented and the food was seasonal and delicious. All the employees were very courteous, and I was especially happy when they carried our luggage to the car after checking out and waved us off. We are now displaying commemorative postcards taken by employees. I would like to visit again someday.

It was renovated in 2024, so some parts of the exterior looked old, but the interior was nice and clean, including the rooms, bathrooms, and dining area. Especially for dinner, there were many simple dishes, but they were delicious and very satisfying. The prices for alcohol were in the same price range as regular restaurants, and I was very impressed with the service provided by the servers. The bath in the room was also a hot spring, and it was nice to be able to open the window and enjoy the sounds outside even though I was indoors. One thing I was disappointed with, probably because I went in the summer, was the open-air bath in the large public bath, where there were so many insects floating on the surface that I couldn't get into them, probably because there wasn't enough circulation of hot water.

The room had a hot spring, and the view and air were great, so I had a comfortable holiday. The food was very delicious and I could feel the care of the chef. The atmosphere of the lounge is also very good. I was a little concerned about the level difference in the room, but other than that I think I had a comfortable stay. I would definitely like to go again.

I saw the information about the new opening in February and immediately made a reservation.I had a little trouble getting to the homepage.Since it is a new inn, I think it can't be helped that the amount of information is limited. In conclusion, I'm very satisfied. The cost performance is outstanding compared to other inns of the same level in the surrounding area. For around 20,000 yen per person, you can get a room with a semi-open-air bath and luxurious food, which is a great deal. There's some snow on the ground, but if you're using studless tires, it won't be a problem. As written on the homepage, it is an elegant Japanese modern restaurant. This time I chose a room with a bed on the first floor. It was a rare experience to be able to see the snow while taking a semi-open-air bath in the room.Although it was cold, I soaked my whole body in the hot spring and opened the window. It's cold and warm, which is a strange expression, but it's literally true. It was interesting. The meals are a fusion of Japanese and Western cuisine. I was taken care of at Tateshina Kunfu Old Building, so the food is as delicious as ever.Next time I would like to bring my family.
