Stayed there for a week, and wouldn't be surprised if it sticks as my favourite hostel during my travels! Great environment, the best staff, weekly dinners prepared and cooked by a local family, and overall, a very welcoming place to meet new people. Comfy beds, good amenities and great location. Recommend highly.

I’ve been staying in hostels of all kinds for 10 years and this is the first time I’ve ever written a bad review. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had in a hostel. The room was unbearably hot - so much so that I ended up throwing up in the middle of the night from heat exhaustion. And this was even though I was right next to the so called AC. Every single person in the room complained to me about the heat, how it was so hard to sleep, etc. but to make matters worse, I politely asked if they could try to fix the AC since it was now making me ill. I was first begrudgingly offered a fan which I accepted only to be told later that he couldn’t be bothered to bring the fan up to the room, that it’s a nuisance, and “he has a job to do.” With the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Apparently keeping your guests from heat stroke isn’t in the job description.On top of that, we had one teapot sized trash can for four girls and over 3 days, they hadn’t emptied it. So there was toilet paper overflowing everywhere. The shower head leaks and is directly over the toilet so you get soaked every time you try to use the bathroom. The bathroom as a whole is tiny and gross.But again, I have overlooked MANY things in my times traveling but the absolute rudeness of the staff to a sick guest who just needs a little air is beyond what I can accept. I left a day early, ate the extra cost, and chose to go to a homestay. I suggest you don’t even bother.

Highly recommended to stay in the hostel, the location, the staff and the appearance is very unique and nice!! I will definitely come back here. My favorite hostel in Bali!! Good place to make new friends.

I absolutely loved this hostel!nice and social people and staff.beautiful place and lovely free dinners on wednesday and i think saturday.i had the best time here and i will definitely be back!also prischa (patricia😜) was so nice i love her she brings so much good energy and vibes to the place while still helping you!

Not much far from the beach and from the center, there are large and very small rooms for 4 people, this is very small

Love this hostel! The team is really nice and friendly, Ai makes the best mixers. We went out together and had a very tasty barbecue! 🤩

I had a wonderful time here. The rooms are neat. The location is perfect. Very close to the beach, scooter rental, gyms, coffeebars and around the corner there is an amazing Warung. The service is very good! The staff is ready to help you out with pleasure. Zentiga offers many activities like, BBQ’s, surflessons, Indonesian food dinner,… On top of that, Ai, Wahyu, Bella and Hermin are so much fun and have contributed a whole lot to the great time I had! Thank you guys. You’re wonderful and see you again in the future!

Spend two weeks in this hostel and loved every day of it! The rooms are nice and clean and the outdoor part is very nice for chilling but also meeting other guests! A very good social atmosphere and the staff is lovely! Felt immediately part of a family and especially with Ai and Bella I made good friends with! Definitely gonna come back :)

I had a beautiful stay in that social hostel! I was there for nearly a week and met amazing people there to hang out with, chill at the pool, have deep conversations with or go out! Especially Ai is super nice & caring, really helpful and so fun around! Thank you so much for my great stay! Felt like home! I will definitely be back ♥️

The best hostel ever! Can recommend it to everyone. Super great employees who took loving care of us after a scooter accident and who had already become friends of ours before that. The hostel has everything you need, a pool (very clean!), a bar, good places to chill, great people and a great family atmosphere! You feel safe and comfortable here. The beds are super comfortable, everything is very hygienic. You can get from A to B quickly. Close to the beach (17 minute walk or just take Grab), many delicious restaurants nearby. Thank you for these great weeks with you! Love love love 🫶🫶🫶

This was a fantastic hostel. The rooms were super clean with really comfy beds and the communal areas were nice to relax aswell as socialise in. You can hire bikes at the top of the road and there is a great/ cheap local restaurant just outside the hostel if you are on a budget. Less than than ten mins to get most places aswell as the beach on bike.The staff were absolutely fantastic, very accommodating and friendly. We came to this hostel injured from a surfing accident and the staff made sure we were well looked after- they went above and beyond and became very good friends to us all- we shall miss you all! Highly recommend this hostel.

Zentiga Hostel in Changgu is a very nice place. The employees are the nicest people you could possibly have. Ai in particular is very entertaining and very helpful.
