This was my second stay here following last year.Last time, the food and service were perfect, but this time the check-out process was sloppy and it felt like a cheap business hotel. Also, the rice I cooked last time was very delicious and I had high hopes for it this time as well, but the food was terrible and I was disappointed. There was no variety of local sake at dinner, the beer at the night bar was low-malt beer, the tea in the room was old and undrinkable, and there was a half buffet, which I didn't think was a good service for the price of the stay. I was worried because I had heard that the owner had changed, but my bad feeling came true. I hope for a revival.

I was planning to stay there for the holidays.I received a call from the inn at the last minute and was told that due to an issue with the inn's management, the hot springs would not be available for nearly two weeks from September 13th.I was told that I could stay and eat for half the cost of the trip, but since I had booked mainly for hot springs, I decided to cancel.I had been looking forward to the trip for my birthday, but had to cancel at the last minute, which was really disappointing since I had other plans booked. This is a very irresponsible move, and I hope the management will do their best to avoid mistakes like this in the future.I'm really disappointed.Honestly, I don't want to give even 1 star.

I was very satisfied with the staff as they were very friendly and I was able to eat whatever I wanted from the half buffet.Although it was a special room, the open-air bath was placed in the right place, and the atmosphere was very nice.

I used it to celebrate my wife's birthday. The facilities are good and the hot springs are good, but I thought the staff's attentiveness was the lowest rated inn.It was a rainy day, and although we had originally planned to enjoy the starry sky, we decided to relax at the inn. Then, I look forward to dinner and hot springs. The worst part was the attentiveness of the staff during dinner. Our family had children in the upper grades of elementary school, but I guess they judged us only based on the category of bringing children with them, as there was a family with many young children in the seat next to us.While eating, the toddler sitting next to me was making a lot of noise. The voice echoed throughout the kitchen, so the staff must have noticed, but nothing was done about it. No joke, it felt like I was eating at a family restaurant.I informed the staff that the seat next to me was noisy, but there was still no response. At that point, I thought it was the worst accommodation with no hospitality, and I wish I had chosen a different accommodation.I wanted to spend a long time visiting the inn, enjoying the inn, the hot springs, and the food despite the rain, making fun memories, and celebrating my wife's birthday, but I was disappointed that it didn't happen. Each inn has its own reason for visiting. Don't spoil it. I won't be visiting again, but I hope it helps others.

The prices are high but the service is terrible. Most of the meals are buffet, but there aren't many items. Although it is called a buffet, there is no refill even when it runs out. In the lounge, the only snacks are chocolate. I don't have any alcoholic drinks. No amenities in the room. No welcome or farewell.

The dinner was delicious and the customer service was great. Although we were with children, they were very kind and considerate of our children. Both the open-air bath and the large communal bath attached to the room had a slippery water quality that felt very comfortable. Samue was good for my loungewear as well. The children's work uniforms were also cute.We had ice cream, juice, tea, and sweets in our room, and we also received souvenirs on our way home. The morning market that is held every day is also just a few minutes walk away. It was cherry blossom season, and when we left the inn, there was a river lined with cherry blossom trees in front of us, and it was beautifully lit up at night. It seems that the season of peach blossoms is coming soon. It's impeccable. I would like to visit you again.

One word: wonderful.I stayed just one night in a room with a pot bath. The pot bath is under the roof, but you can see the starry sky while looking out into the courtyard. You can rest assured that the courtyard and hot spring bath cannot be seen from the surrounding buildings. There is a wooden deck around the pot bath, but when it's cold, it gets cold unless you pour hot water on it.Comfortable with indoor bath. This is a place you would definitely want to stay at least two nights to enjoy the environment.
