The room was spacious and I was full of crabs, and the wife's customer service was cheerful and very enjoyable! !However, there were a lot of things that were disappointing since I made a reservation based on high expectations based on the reviews.Since it's a guest house, I think it's nice to have a warm atmosphere that makes you feel like you're at home...In the bathroom, there are toothbrushes, face wash, mouthwash, etc. that are used privately...I couldn't even connect to the phone...The wife's customer service is excellent, but she is the only one who serves customers.Our mother, Kazuko, didn't even say ``Welcome'' even though we were checking in.My husband can't come to the reception unless he has something to do.They won't talk to you unless you talk to them.First of all, there is no smile.When the wife was grilling crabs in the room, the husband would bring over crab miso, but he would just hand it over to the wife and never ask us, ``How do you like the food?''Even after checking out, we were the first to leave the parking lot and see them off. Even though it's raining.Maybe I was more concerned about it because our profession is in the customer service industry.I wonder if this way of customer service is unique to a guesthouse, or maybe it's because it's here, but no one other than the wife serves customers, so I wanted to feel the warmth of customer service that can only be expected from a family-run business, but I didn't feel anything.At this price, I thought it would be better to go elsewhere. Since the reviews were so high, I thought, ``Where is it? ' That's what I really thought.The way you respond to reviews is completely different from posts that have good things written about them and posts that don't.

This is an inn with delicious crabs. Recommended for those who want to eat one cup. There is no toilet in the room, but you can have your own toilet provided.

A huge cockroach came out and it was the worst.I will never go there again.

``Crab Exhaustion Plan'' surprised me. I was worried about what I should do when I was told to eat as much and as much as I wanted, but once I started eating it, I was convinced. You can get small portions of tempura or grilled crab, so it's always piping hot. When you finish eating, the next tempura will be fried at the right time. I almost had it made into tempura. It was my first time to eat in such a selfish way and I was very satisfied.Also, the soup stock in the hot pot is very delicious. Although it is light in color, it has a strong flavor.We have dedicated washrooms and restrooms, and are fully prepared for the coronavirus.Both the owner and the landlady were easy to talk to and very kind. I was surprised that the landlady was doing well. I'll visit you again!
