This was the only hotel where I could stay for several nights at the last minute, and although it was my first experience, I felt very relaxed and felt like I was at home.There is a pond next door, so you can spend some quiet time looking at the beautiful autumn leaves. And even though it was IH, I was able to make ``home-cooked meals'' properly. I was happy to see my husband's happy face.I'm surprised you can't use Amex!*The inner pot of the rice cooker was badly scratched, so it might be a good idea to replace it.

I didn't have anything to do, but I went to a hotel a little far away, had afternoon tea, and did some athletics. A car🚙 is necessary. Please take it easy. Food is expensive and reservations are required. The atmosphere is great. It's the best place to take a walk.

We were a group of six and we stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. We had a six sleeper apartment. The rooms were spacious, very well maintained and with a great view. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating especially since we had limited Japanese ability. The hotel is ideally located and close to most points of interests and especially for the ski resorts which was the main reason of our stay and trip. The only downside was that as it was the end of the season most of the restuarant options at the resort were closed or had limited hours of service. However the apartment had an excellent kitchen and there was a well stocked Convenience store fairly nearby. One other minor complaint was the Wifi was a little patchy at times. Aside from that we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.
