Great location, clean and the staff are amazing!

We stayed here in September for 13 nights. Overall we enjoyed the stay. We got picked & dropped off at the airport & arranged a late checkout at additional cost (a whole awesome day chilling by the pool with gin & tonics).The size, space, privacy & ease of access to shops, food, bars etc is the bonus. We spent the first few days relaxing & scoping out the area.Note this accommodation is in the heart touristville Seminyak, 50m from the busy central road – that said traffic noise was not an issue, HOWEVER it is right behind the POISE ROOFTOP bar which plays LOUD doff doff music EVERY night from about 6pm–it got tiresome!Our villa was fairly tired & in need of a severe make-over – it had missing tiles in the pool, cracked & broken tiles in the kitchen, broken tiles around the kitchen water tap, a moldy disgusting kitchen cabinet that had clearly been leaking for years, tired cabinetry in the bathroom, a toilet the sometimes needed encouragement to stop flushing, the kitchen had the basics, the fridge ice box was broken.Our bed was super comfy & we kept our room cool with the air-con. WIFI was fairly good - we took our own TV Stick which made movie nights & chilling with the outside TV easy. The size of the pool was fab & used constantly during our stay. The staff were 9/10, friendly, welcoming & mostly attentive (our pool pump broke one day & was replaced & fixed within 24 hours, awesome)Our daily breakfast was delivered & served in our villa, chosen the night before of the menu & while a little repetitive, were fresh & yummy with eggs/omelettes, fresh, pastries, fresh coffee & juice.While the villa was run-down & needing a makeover, this little place served our purpose perfectly – it was affordable, provided plenty of space & we loved the staff. We wouldn’t stay here again due to it being a bit tired & the LOUD doff doff music.Five star it is not, some of the pics on Google “indicate” what the villas are like, just not the level of tiredness.Disliked · The complex is tired and seriously needs a makeover - ideally the LOUD doff doff wouldn't be next door. There is a lot of mosquitoes around the complex due to large amounts of still water - weekly fogging is performed and coils are lit each night by lovely staff. We just bought heaps of coils at the shop (recommended) and had several going when we were chilling outside or by the pool

The structure is very nice, some attention to cleanliness in detail is missing. The swimming pool and bathroom are beautiful. Breakfast to be chosen every day or to be confirmed and served in your villa, even if poorly supplied. Friendly and helpful staff.

We liked it a lot

A little outdated but stunning place!

One of the worst villas I’ve stayed in. Dirty, smelt like mould in all the cupboards and drawers, mosquito infested (I’m talking 20 mosquitoes swarming out of my suitcase if I left it open), asked reception if they had any spray for them and they informed us we had to pay for it. Reception also tried to make us pay for drinking water and gas after we had already used it. There’s a kitchen with absolutely 0 cooking utensils/pots & pans just stinks) Can hear extremely loud club music from 9pm-3am. Extremely loud construction starts from 7am next door as well as men on the roof watching me sun bake. I felt extremely uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend this villa to anyone.

Perfect location

The rooms were very clean and tidy. Staff are magnificent and so friendly. Pools very clean. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious. Loved the stay. I will be back. ❤️❤️
