The room is the Showa era! It's retro and might appeal to young people. The food was ok. However, there are many activities and it is a facility that people with children will be very satisfied with! Anyway, the green tea and black tea were delicious and I drank too much 😊

We stayed on a weekday in October.I have used "Shinrin no Yu" several times, but this was my first time staying overnight. The premises are quite spaciousI entered from the north entrance and walked through the narrow alley until I arrived at the front desk, feeling anxious until I arrived.Checked in and received facility explanation.I had a south reservation, but I am grateful for the switch to the north. The room was spacious and there was a sofa in the center so I could relax. It was great to be able to see the illuminations from the window.I made a reservation for dinner because I was attracted to the buffet and all-you-can-eat crab and eel.The buffet has the impression of being mostly Chinese, and there's plenty of crab, too.The breakfast buffet was also delicious. The large public bath in the north was nice with lots of washing areas, but I really wanted to go to the ``Forest Bath'' on the premises.I think I would have been able to enjoy it more if they had opened later in the evening or opened in the morning.

I paid for accommodation during the holidays, and I was with a group that seemed to be Japanese and foreign soccer teams. At dinner, they crowded around the dessert corner, stabbing the cake with forks while eating it, and eating ice cream while standing there, with shockingly bad manners. Even when the staff was watching, they didn't pay any attention to me, which was unpleasant.Even after taking a bath after dinner, I was able to do whatever I wanted, including jumping in the bathtub.I would like groups to divide their time between groups.

A resort facility with vast grounds rich in nature. Forest bathing and hot springs are soothing. The interior of the hotel was tasteful and luxurious. The room was old, but I had a relaxing time.
