The Claremont Luxury Villas

I didn't choose it with special expectations because there were few reviews, but I had a comfortable stay thanks to the friendliness of the staff and amenities. There were many breakfast options, so I ordered a variety and the portions were huge, and I really enjoyed the nasi goreng that was recommended. You have to take Grab, but it was nice to see the beautiful sunset at Potato Head Beach. This is a place I want to visit again if I have the chance~^^

Claremont luxery Villa Seminyak Bali is just spectacular. The villas are big and extremely clean. The pool Is a perfect temperature, staff is just amazing excellent service. My husband and I stayed at claremont for 7 nights and there was never a moment of disappointment everything was amazing.Thank you Claremont team.

The Claremont Luxury Villas are spacious, clean and modern. Our villa had everything we needed and the few extra requests we made were attended to very quickly and effectively.The breakfast was generous with plenty of options - delivered to your villa or taken in the restaurant attached to the complex.We were very well looked after by Esha and his trainee assistant Satya. All the staff were excellent.We will be coming back.

The employees are dirty, their fingernails are like that

Stayed for 5 nights in June. Perfect villas for couples with all necessary amenities. The private pool is sparkling, the villa is spotless, the staff are fantastic and available 24/7. I recommend getting the in villa massage (about $30 for 90 minutes and they bring their own massage tables!) Room service is excellent and the location is quiet yet only a stone's throw from the Champagne Bar. An excellent variety of breakfast options are included and brought to your room. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 3 nights, wished we had booked our entire stay here. Breakfast was included as well and was delicious. Coffee was really good as well and the service even better. The rooms were spacious and clean and the entire space was great. Pool was good size as well and each day the room was always cleaned. Will next come here for a longer stay.

Nice view and very clean good recomended

After reading so many glowing reviews of the Claremont Luxury Villas, we were excited to spend the last week of our holiday there. And we were so disappointed with it! The villa was not clean, in fact the floor was filthy - we had black feet within minutes of walking around and my baby was black all over from crawling. There were pubic hairs in the bath. We also had broken aircon so the living area was 28 degrees. We complained and they cleaned the bath and the floor (but it was still dirty) and because of the aircon they moved us to another villa the next day. This villa was cleaner, but my baby still had black knees and feet the whole week so there's clearly an issue.We had to ask multiple times for towels for the baby. No mosquito nets, we got the most bites in this property of anywhere we stayed in Bali. I was also covered in little bites from some other little insect. We had a cockroach in the bedroom which we saw but couldn't catch and it kept flitting around at night. The doors to the bedroom were both broken and kept sliding off the rails.And something that wasn't really in the property's control but didn't add to our enjoyment: we had neighbours in the next villa who decided to play really, really loud music by the pool all afternoon. And it wasn't good music!Plus points:- The manager did his best to make things right for us but I think the issues were largely beyond his control and are to do with villa maintenance. To be fair to him he waived the cost of the baby cot and gave us a free late checkout as an apology- The drinking water filter in the villa was much appreciated- Nice pool- Best baby bed of anywhere we stayed in Bali- Great location, 2 mins walk down a narrow little street and you're on the main street- They were able to facilitate airport dropoff at the last minute for us
