I used it for 2 nights at a training camp, and it was really the worst.First of all, the rice is very bad. The rice is grainy, the soup has no taste, the plates are dirty, and there are insects in the dining room. Water is self-service, but there weren't enough glasses so I couldn't drink it in the first place. When he was served curry, he had the worst attitude, and I couldn't understand the meaning of the roux, which was only a ladleful of roux compared to three scoops.Regarding the room, the tatami mats are old, dirty and smelly, and the futons are dirty and really run down. The pillows are very hard and expensive, and you can hear the noise from the next room. Moreover, it is strange that it is 6 tatami mats for 4 people.There is a kiosk, but it's so rundown that it's covered in spider webs and doesn't sell nearly anything.Regarding the bath, the public bath only has water from 9 o'clock, and the water pressure in the shower is too weak. There is an additional charge for hot water in the shower in the room. There is no hair dryer in the room, only one in the public bath. Also, I don't have a towel, so I can't get one unless I pay 300 yen.This hotel is as bad as it gets at first glance. It is no exaggeration to say that even though I paid 20,000 yen, it was only worth 30 yen.P.S. There was a bee in the room.

This is the worst hotel to dispose of guests' forgotten items without permission!Last time I used it, I forgot my iPhone and Iwatch charger in the room. When I called the hotel the next day, they unexpectedly answered, "No, we don't have one." I called again the next day, and to my surprise, they didn't even answer my phone.Although it is not a valuable item, I think a normal, sensible hotel will accept payment on delivery.Even if you forgot something, you can't trust a hotel that disposes of your belongings without permission!(There was also a stink bug in the room)

I went on a group ski tour in March.The facilities seem old, but they are well maintained and nothing is as bad as other people's reviews have said.The meals are large and perfect for families with children. The taste of the food was also very delicious.I could see the sea of clouds from my room in the early morning!There are uniforms and autographs from sports teams such as soccer, so it has a long history, perhaps being used for training camps.

I stayed here for 2 nights from 12/27. When I arrived, the building was bitterly cold and dark on my first day.Even though it was late December and the ski slopes were open, I was told that I couldn't use the public bath, and that I was told to use a fan heater as the room couldn't be heated, so I needed to ventilate it and it was cold. I stayed. The person at the hotel reception was wearing an electric vest. It was so cold where we ate that even warm food quickly got cold. Please wear warm clothing while eating. It was still cold. On the second day, the number of customers increased and we were able to use the heating that we had previously said was unavailable. Of course, on the second day, it was a little warm inside the building, and the front desk staff was not wearing an electric vest. The drying room was dimly lit on the first day and there was no heating. On the first day, we had a variety of locally sourced food, but on the second day, we had cold fried chicken to suit the group's children, and the customers next to us were also complaining as they ate it. I was finally able to use the public bath on that day, but I was tired of it, so I went to take a bath in a different place both days. The provided towels smell. It can't be helped that it's old, but paying the same price and not being able to use the heating or eating in the cold was unbearable. It was so cold that I couldn't sleep because I couldn't turn on the heating. Even though there are few customers, I think they need to take care of this properly. It's really unfortunate and I still feel bad about the price.

I stayed here from October 24th to 25th, 2023 on a photography tour at Kayanotaira Plateau. There are no hotels near Kayanotaira Kogen, so it's a little far away. Our condition was that each person should have one room, so it was a room that would be used for a student training camp. It's an ordinary dish, but the seasoning is so good that you'll never experience anything like it. Also. Auntie is extremely funny. The scenery is also spectacular, rivaling that of Biei, Hokkaido. (We left the hotel at 4:30 in the morning and arrived in an hour. The foggy scenery was comparable to the scenery of Biei.)

To be frank, it's a poor environment.First of all, there is no refrigerator in the room. There is a refrigerator in the hallway, so it is shared with the people on that floor. There are flies and insects in the dining room. Some people are actually bitten. Insects come into the room (frequently), and the air conditioning is weak, making it hot and humid in the summer. There are not many washing machines, and they are located outdoors, making them difficult to use. Also, some of the dryers are broken and have not been repaired, which is the worst. Also, some of the customers who come to the store will put out their laundry without permission. You cannot take a morning bath.The bathhouse opens from 4:00 pm. Moreover, the bathroom in the room only has cold water unless you pay an additional fee. I visited this inn on a field trip for club activities, but it was not a place I would go to even if I had to pay 20,000 yen.

I use it every year with my wife and child, a 9-year-old boy.The ski resort is right in front of you and there is a parking lot nearby, which is very convenient for families with children.The building is a little old, but it's well kept and I have no complaints.Dinner and breakfast are delicious and plentiful.The bath is also a hot spring with good quality water.The room is spacious and the heating is warm enough.The staff are also nice people and have a good feel.I think this is a good choice for those who want to spend their time in a hotel that has everything they need rather than staying in an expensive and good hotel.I would like to use it again next year with my family.

My children went to a training camp in the summer, but there was no air conditioning in this day and age, so many of the children were on the verge of heat stroke, and perhaps because of the high temperature, there was no raw food such as vegetables. I couldn't help but worry that I might get food poisoning.When I contacted the inn for some business, the response seemed to be troublesome, as others have written, which was bad.

I only had the chance to eat while skiing, but it was the lowest level ever.The interior is dimly lit, with unadorned desks and chairs.Neapolitan is just a retort like meat sauce on top. It wasn't even seasoned.Miso ramen is as thin as water. The noodles are rubber bands. And lukewarm.The rice costs about 1000 yen. Hot milk is 400 yen.I can't help but feel like I'm not motivated.Is the only advantage being that it's empty?
