Me and my friends rented the 2-4 person room and had a very enjoyable stay. Taka was an amazing and friendly host and i definitely plan to come back some day. The walk to the nearest lift is only 10-15 minutes. The walk into town is about 20 minutes. The nearest onsen is about a 5 minute walk away.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic. Taka is the best host I’ve had. He went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable and without complications. The accomodation itself also felt authentic and homely.

A really nice, friendly place. You can walk up the street and catch the bus to the Nozawa Onsen ski area, eat at Asa Ichi or walk 15 minutes to many local restaurants. They serve a really nice inexpensive breakfast and have beer and soft drinks for sale in their restaurant area. They also have snowboard snd gear rentals and lots of provisions for hanging gear to dry at night as you’ll see in my pictures. Very nice people and a very Japanese living experience. We rented both the 4 bunk and 2 bunk rooms so we had that whole side to ourselves for 5 nights - a really fun time!!

Very friendly hosts and clean room. It's close to shuttle stops and easy to walk into village too, about 25 mins walk to town. We enjoyed our stay but only come minor issues.1. The soundproof of the room was bad, if you have a group noisy people staying next to you you can hear everything. 2. the mattress of the bunk bed was very thin, not very comfortable. 3. They don't offer towels that's the first time I've stayed Airbnb like this, but they do sale cheap clean towels.
