Stayed for 10 days in July, exceptional service, beautiful 2 bedroom villa , it was perfect for a family of 5 , the hospitality and service is unmatched and 5 * for the breakfast always served fresh , simply cannot wait to stay at Monaco Blu again felt like home away from home.

We stayed in the 2 bed villa for 10 days this July(24) with our 3 daughters and can't even explain how good the experience was , from the booking , check in and stay , it was perfect. Specially the staff and breakfast , we will come back for sure , I must add that after staying here we stayed at the best hotels like apurva kempinsky and W bali , but till now we only miss staying at Monaco Blu . Thank you and we hope to come back soon.

Amazing service and very clean gorgeous villas - only issue is that it’s close to a beach where you cannot swim as the waves are too big but other than that our stay here has been phenomenal!

This is a beautiful spacious villa with an incredible staff. The staff knew all of our names and catered a perfect experience for the duration of our stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. Can’t wait to come back!

Family of four, including 2 nearly 11 year olds, stayed 9 nights. The location is good. Off a busy road, you don't hear the traffic from the villa, close to some great restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach along a narrow path. Be careful as motorbikes mount the path to beat the jams.The villa itself is feeling a little dated, but generally clean. There are some cracks and chips in the tiles, some of the furniture is a little dirty, but manageable. At the time of stay, some minor construction was nearby.The pool is small and a little cold, feels great after a day at the beach.The concierge team are great, very accommodating and willing to help. There can be a challenge if you need help and they're not around as none one else speaks English.We found one or two of the waiter staff really rude, especially when delivering breakfast. The breakfast was good, when they got it right. Most mornings there was something wrong or missing. A lot of inconsistencies.Would we return? Possibly. But there are so many options in the area to select from at a similar price point.

Having returned from a 10 day stay at Monaco Blu, I highly recommend this accommodation for the peace it offers in a bustling, vibrant, high energy atmosphere which lies outside its doorstop. After exploring and venturing out and about, I eagerly looked forward to my return to the villa knowing that all the attentive staff were at hand to meet any needs I may have. The spacious villas have been beautifully designed to create a sense of space whilst being homely at the same time. With plenty of choice for breakfast, you feel energised for the day ahead and if you get to experience a BBQ then consider yourself lucky! The service is beyond exceptional and the staff do not rest till you are happy so thank you Sabeena, Chandra, Agus & Putri for making this stay so comfortable and relaxing :)
