Hotel locate just 2 mins walk to Yu Road (the escalator ramp to ski base), nearby there's also lots of restaurants, cafe, convenient store and pharmacy. Just that need to lug your luggage up the steep ramp beside the hotel.The hotel receptionist and staff are very friendly and helpful. They help us to carry the luggage up to level 3 as there's no lift there. The staff also helped me to lug my luggage down the steep ramp when I checked out as I injured my ankle.

Chitose Resort Hotel is next to Yuzawa Shrine. There is a free "Yuroro" escalator one minute's walk up the side, which can go all the way to the Hikage Ski Resort area, which is very convenient. The room is very clean and large, with no elevator. The 2-3F is the guest room area, the 1F has a ski drying room, and the 3F has a men's and women's hot spring area.

Used on ski tour for 1 night and 2 daysSatisfied quality with no complaints overallLast year, I used Chitosekan, a sister facility.If you are not particular about hot springs, this is recommended.〇Good points・Good customer service・The waiting room and changing room are larger than our sister facility Chitosekan, making it convenient for tour guests.・There are 12 hangers in one room.・Wifi is the highest model・Deodorant spray is available on each floor and can be used freely.・There is a coin laundry・The quantity of food is large (the quality is above average, so if you are picky, we recommend eating out)〇Bad points・There is no elevator, so you have to use the stairs to get to the 3rd floor (same as Chitosekan)・As there is only one hair dryer, it is recommended that women staying in groups bring their own hair dryer (same at Chitosekan)・The bath facilities are a little old and small (not a hot spring)・You can use the hot springs at Chitosekan, but the return trip is steep.

We stayed here on a ski tour departing from Osaka.The advantage of this inn is that it is very close to Yu Road.The inn feels its age.I think this hotel has access to ski resorts and hot spring towns, but I don't think it's suitable for people who are looking for cleanliness. (Although it was a unit bath, there was no bath mat even though it was a room with a bathroom.)I think it depends on your taste, but the food was delicious.

I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. They were very kind, the food was delicious, and it was very easy to spend time there. It was also very convenient as it was close to Yu Road to go to the ski slopes. I think it's perfect as a facility. There are many things you can do to supplement your stay by using hot springs, convenience stores, and going to the surrounding area, so we highly recommend it.

Fantastic place to stay. Right at the base of the Yu Road walk way, close to the Hikage Gondola and only minutes to the main street and delicious Japanese cafes, bars and restaurants. The rooms are traditional but ours had an ensuite. Breakfast is a set Japanese menu, very filling for a full day on the slopes.

Mizuyi and Nozaki were very friendly and hospitable! The food was great every day too! The location is 100% the best if you plan on snowboarding / skiing every day. It's the closest Inn to Yu Road, which leads right up to Hikage and the Gondola further up the mountain

The hotel is located above Nozawa Old Street. Up there is the escalator leading to the ski resort and directly to the Nikage Cable Car Station. Down there is the big hot spring. It is very convenient. …

It is very convenient as it is a 1 minute walk to the moving walkway leading to the ski resort and the play road.However, since you will arrive at the Hikage slope, you will need to use a snowmobile (free of charge) to get to the Nagasaka gondola.The road to the inn is sloped and very narrow, so it might be difficult to get there by car.I was able to enter the room before check-in time, so it was easy to leave my luggage, change clothes, and go skiing.Meals can be tricky, so I think it's best to plan just breakfast and go out for dinner.Overall I felt the cost performance was good.

Stayed here as a ski accommodation in mid-February.Due to the season, there were many student skiers.It may be a little noisy if there are energetic students. There is also a bath, but the one in our hotel is only a hot water bath. If you want to use the hot springs, you need to go outside and enter at Chitosekan, which is about 3 houses down.Despite the cheap ski plan, the food was quite plentiful. In some really bad places, the main dish is 2 pieces of gyoza, so I think this place is reasonable. (When I visited, the main dish was a small chicken hotpot)The room feels like a small fry room for a training camp. However, it felt clean so I didn't feel uncomfortable.There is also a drying room at one time, so you can store boards etc.The inn is directly under the moving walkway leading to the Hikage slope, so access to the slope is excellent.I think it's enough if you consider it a ski accommodation.

The accommodation is a bit large and has an old feel, but is clean. All the employees are friendly and the food is delicious. It's home-cooked food, and it looks like you've done a good job. I stayed for three days and the food was delicious.The biggest advantage of this accommodation is that it is close to Hikage Station. If you leave the hotel and take the Euroroad, you will reach Hikage Station. It’s nice not having to walk a lot with the equipment.
