Rent two bedroom villa. The place spacious and private. There is bathtub in each bathroom. The tv having Netflix to play. Breakfast provides to dining room inside each villa. The villa having kitchen to cook and dining room as well as living room to sit with family. The downfall are the lack of parking space and the pool too deep for kid.

Stayed here 24 feb to 28 Feb,so beautiful,so elegant,everything was so good,enjoyed swimming pool,cooked our Indian food in kitchen ,staff very supportive,will like to stay here again

The worst experience I have ever had in my mind.. I asked them to make everything good and they promised me they would give me the best one, and unfortunately they gave me the number 7.. The worst thing that could happen to you is insects and geckos. The swimming pool is under the bumper and it is not clean. The water is all chemical substances that burn your eyes. Burning a building and seeing you, they are repairing it, so there is annoyance and a beating on you. The walls, the air conditioner, are ruined and an annoying sound is made. The walls are all damp and local. The door in the middle is ruined and does not open. The breakfast is bad, and unfortunately the price does not suit the place at all.. The only good thing is that the receptionist was very nice.. A message to the management: They must renovate the place.

The place meets expectations, the private pool is fun for family gatherings. The villa is clean and all equipment is complete. Delicious breakfast menu. The owner and staff are very friendly. The point is that it is very enjoyable and I will come here again if I go to Bali.

Brilliant rooms and location. Very clean, quiet, well serviced and close to great food spots. A bit of a walk to get to the beach but we liked that and planned to be off the busier areas so the villas suited us all brilliantly. We highly recommend.

The Villa is clean and quiet. For the more than reasonable price, you have a large bedroom as well as an equipped bathroom.The service is amazing, we had free transfer to the airport.If you want a very inexpensive villa with impeccable service, you are in the right place

Great environment, staff are very friendly and welcoming.The swimming pool is also very clean~~~~ Overall it is pretty good, but there are not many restaurants nearby. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk out to find more restaurants.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Dirty and in bad condition. Breakfast is poor and tasteless. Walls, furniture, tiles and ceilings are cracked.
This is more like a 3* accommodation.

Villa is in a good location in seminyak - walking distance to popular food places, easy to get grab/Gojek and quiet at night for peaceful sleep. Bed was comfortable, AC in the room works well. Kitchen is well equipped, service staff were friendly and helpful too. Would return should I come back to seminyak!

nice villa...a really nice new villa...the rooms are very nice, the pool is nice...but unfortunately I was there yesterday when I caught a snake in the swimming pool..but the staff didn't want to help at all to get rid of the snake and answered curtly that it wasn't his working hours. 🙄🙄So we caught the snake ourselves so it could swim... please improve the service and responsibility in the future, especially in urgent situations like that😓😓
