+ Despite taking advantage of the nice weather on Saturday, it wasn't that crowded.+ You can play in the beautiful river and enjoy camping with an open fire.+ All the staff were kind and pleasant.+ The shower facilities and toilets were well maintained and very easy to use.+ Those who have good access from Tokyo.- The rules for taking out the trash are very detailed and strict, so you need to be very careful.

A sacred place for solo camping. You can relax by the river without getting too crowded. There are many pre-climb groovers and pure soloists, so you can enjoy the calm atmosphere.Although the equipment is necessary and sufficient, the following points are of concern:- Separation of garbage is very strict. If you don't separate the garbage and store it when it comes out, you'll have to sort it in front of the garbage disposal site.・The facility is old, so the toilets are a bit small. . . (Of course it's not a washlet)・The site requires going down stairs and crossing a river, making it difficult to carry luggage, wash dishes, and use the toilet. However, I like that there aren't many party-camping types like other places.

We were welcome by the onwer's family at the camping side after operation hours ( 5:10pm) but they were waiting and let us check in for a free side camping. This camping ground is operating and managed by couple with love and friendly. Camping side opposite from river so need to carry all through the wooden bridge and some stairs. ¥1500/each person, ¥200/3mins bath. Very well clean, quiet and peaceful place to camp. We were enjoying and happy at this place.

Back in 2021 when I went there, the camp site didn't take reservation, first come first serve. The site is right by a river, surrounding quality is ok but it only costs 1000 yen...

It's a campground where I'm very grateful for the sense of security that the manager is always on duty.It is easily accessible, taking the bus bound for Okura from the north exit of Shibusawa Station on the Odakyu Line and getting off at the last stop, a 10-minute walk.First-timers may feel anxious, but no reservations are required. It can get crowded during peak seasons such as spring/summer vacation and long holidays.Normally check-in is from 13:00, but if you add a day camp fee, you can also use it from 10:00.You can purchase firewood and ice at the reception, and vending machines keep soft drinks and super dry cold.Garbage will be collected if you separate it properly.Although it won't reach a high standard, I think even beginners can spend time in nature without too much or too little if they take care.Raccoon dogs and stray cats may appear, so be careful with food and tableware. In spring and autumn, I think you can have a UL experience by reducing your luggage by using stones found on the riverbank for the fireplace, table, and chairs.

The tent site was across the river and it was very difficult to carry our luggage. I wonder if there will be another use.
