I used it as a drop-in bath. The facility was clean and had been renovated. The staff at reception were also polite. The bath was hot. It has a steam sauna, but no cold bath. The bathroom has a retro feel to it, which I personally like. The fee is 500 yen

The service is great and the kitchen is huge! Meals and kitchen utensils are all available, the room is clean and has no peculiar smell, and there is a bathhouse for bathing ~ and free parking ~The waiter will assist us when steaming the food, and will also tell us which ingredients should be steamed for approximately how long, which is very considerate😊Super friendly to foreign tourists❤️❤️

A room-only inn in Obama Onsen with a hot source of 105℃. There are many steaming pots, and you can buy ingredients from nearby fish shops, greengrocers, and supermarkets and make your own steamed dishes. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with seasonings and tableware. Everything is convenient, with a timer and rubber gloves to prevent burns. It's also wonderful to be able to naturally strike up conversations with other customers. The bath was also very hot, and the steam bath felt like a sauna and felt really good. Even if you are not staying overnight, you can take a day trip to the baths.

You can steam each ingredient in the steam pot.Cooking utensils and tableware were also lent to us, so all we had to do was procure the ingredients locally, and the staff gave us advice on things like how well we steamed, so we had a unique experience and delicious meal. Also, the bath was a bit too hot for me, but the two steam saunas in the bathroom were very intense, and although there was a warning to stay within 3 minutes, I could only stay for about 1 minute.

It was a wonderful stay, and I was able to experience the unique experience of steaming food using steam. The rooms (both common areas and private rooms) were clean and there was a hot spring bath, so I had a relaxing time. I bought some ingredients in advance from organic direct sales stores such as Taneto and Tanaka Fresh Fish, but there were some ingredients that could also be purchased at steam shops, so it might be a good idea to check beforehand. It was so delicious to eat steamed food on the terrace while feeling the sea breeze.

Good location on the main street. Since I had to take the hot springs and steam myself, I found it a bit of a hassle since I generally like to travel with a set menu. The hot springs were good. If you dip your hand into the spring water spout, you will get burned, so be careful!
