The hotel is aesthetic only because its location is a bit inside a residential area. The room is comfortable, the AC works well. There is no elevator because there are few rooms, so it's a bit complicated if you bring a suitcase, but there are staff who are ready to help you get the suitcase up. And the most important thing is affordable 😂

Only location can I rate 8/10Cleanliness 2/10Service 2/10You will only get 2 bottles of drinking water per visit. 5 nights there only got 2 bottles of water 🤣🤣🤣Towels replaced onceThe room was cleaned but still dirtyCheck in early, charge 15 thousand / hour, it's better to leave your suitcase if you want to come in the morning

I would not recommend ANY of The Kanjeng Suites group to anyone who are looking for a comfortable stay. The room is old, it has that old room scent, if you know what I mean. The water, shower, AC are all in need of regular maintanance. No wifi, TV's broken. Aircon is hot and super noisy. The sheet & towel, look like they haven't been changed since the motel first opened. Super dirty, smell, rough & they even have some holes here and there. The pillows were hard like rocks. They dont even provide water for the room. In general, the whole place really need some cleaning to do. The worst thing happened during our last night. The electricity went down & they were doing nothing. Just kept coming back & forth without actually doing anything. When I first requested to change room, they said they were full booked. After an hour, I was so furious and got really mad. After that, they offered us to stay at Kanjeng Suites Legian which had a really bad review (even worst than this one). It has mold & everything. I was furious & refused the offer. After that, they said the room in 2nd floor was available. What the... I know they are cheap, but I have stayed in places that have the same price range or even cheaper, and the service was definitely better.Oh, and when I got mad, the reception said she was just an intern 🙃

I booked a suite from 27-30 JULY, I have been to this villa 3 times but this is the first time I have been disappointed. I checked in at 18.30 and 21.00 I checked out.1. When I checked in my room was changed to a twin without any notification from the check-in staff, after arriving at my room I complained. And apparently the ones on guard are intern staff and don't know how to do it.I'm tired and I accept it.2. From the time I checked in until 1-2 hours in the AC room it was very hot and it was checked back and forth by the hotel who was on standby and who handled my complaint was SECURITY. Until Eid Hajj, you won't understand how the AC system managed to get cold.3. I was offered the option of moving to the Kanjeng Legian unit where I as a customer chose a place to stay according to my activities so that it was close by. I ASK FOR A REFUND, I can't say, what kind of management is like this. I was forced to follow, my people also paid.I am very disappointed with all this unprofessional and very messy handling. I will forward it to the authorities if there is no good will from KANJENG for a refund.Thanks

I would not stay here at all. The showers are mouldy and green and the water goes everywhere. The toliet seat was broken, the aircon doesn't work right and the room I was in their was construction happening and men can see right in the roomIt's actually not healthy at all for you to stay in this place at all.WiFi does not work.We asked for a refund and it was so hard to get one. We booked 5 nights but could not even stay one. If I could give no star a straight out 0 I would.
