The wash basin was very nice! It was clean overall, and the building was made of wood and had a nice atmosphere, but it was built 140 years ago, so I guess it can't be helped, but after walking for a while, I could hear the floor creaking, which bothered me. I couldn't move around much (I stayed in a room on the second floor). I was happy to rent a yukata. When I stayed there, it was so quiet that I thought no one was there, probably because everyone had good manners. I was able to sleep soundly at night.

I hit my head twice when going to the bathroom because the lintel was low because I was renovating an old house. However, it was very nice to see how the old space had been successfully updated into a modern style. I would like to go again.

Visited in July 2022.I was given 10 days off due to my 20th year of service, and this was my accommodation for the first day of a route trip from San'in to Shimonoseki and Sanyo.I'm glad that this very old private house has been renovated into a lodging facility. The floor creaked and the door was a sliding door, so I had to be careful when talking to the neighbors, but it was a good start to my trip.

My voice is clear, so it depends on the other guests.Shouldn't there be rules for evening conversations? It's probably not possible to bring children with you unless you rent it out privately. The parking lot is a little difficult to park, and there is no guidance in advance. The location and customer service were polite, and the kitchen and room were clean. It's reasonably priced and if you're lucky, it's quiet.
