I forgot to take a photo. If you go in expecting too much, you'll be disappointed. It’s fun to go without expectations 😀Aren't we all asking for too much? I thought so 😝The staff were generally nice and friendly,First of all, if you are your own parent, I think you are making the mistake of going there thinking that the staff will take care of everything.Take good care of your own children,If you don't have the mindset of asking the staff to follow you,I don't think the staff will be able to respond immediately after meeting you like a nursery school teacher. If your child stains the floor with paint, clean it immediately. It was fun to hear from you 😗

Highly recommended if you are staying with preschoolers. However, the atmosphere is child-friendly.Allow early check-inI would like it to match my child's nap time. There is one point that cannot be done even if you request it over the phone.Check-in at 15:00 is very time sensitive.I thought that if I had stayed at another accommodation that really thought about children, I would have been able to have more flexibility with nap times.

There are indoor and outdoor pools, and there is also an event space for children to play on the top floor, so I had so much fun that I wish I could have taken it a little longer.

A great hotel for families with small children! The atelier, which has a spectacular view overlooking Osaka Bay, has many mechanisms and "materials" that tickle children's curiosity and foster creativity, and the children seemed to have fun!The atelier closes at 18:15, so I regret that I should have checked in earlier (from 15:00) and spent more time at the atelier!

The atelier is a place where my 4-year-old daughter can have fun from noon until evening, and I highly recommend that she participate in the project. The staff were wonderful and kind and cared about the children. Even my 0-year-old daughter enjoyed the relaxing space. The room was a room where you could draw pictures on the walls, so I was able to enjoy my stay here as well. They also provided a baby cot, and the adult bed mattress was movable, so I was able to use it spaciously with my 4-year-old. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many items. It was a hotel that I was very satisfied with.

Atelier was pretty good. Both hardware and software were equipped with an approach that brought out children's imagination. The guest rooms are studio-style, so you can draw pictures on the walls, and the bed can be raised and moved, so I think it was convenient for families with small children. The interior of the toilet and bath is of a high grade, but the equipment is old.Unfortunately, there was dust left in the room and hair in the corners. I think the hotel industry is also struggling to secure staff and quality, but I hope they don't compromise on invisible services.I stayed for 1 night and 2 days with meals included, but both dinner and breakfast were average. At least it didn't taste impressive. The interior of the building is nice, but I felt like there weren't enough staff to match it.In the future, no matter where you go in Japan or what hotel you stay in, will you feel the same way?

There was an atelier there and I made a reservation.I went to check in at night, so I Googled the location of the entrance, but it was very difficult to find the location of the entrance, and even when I called, the automated voice said it was out of service hours...I finally found the entrance to the parking lot, and was able to find the entrance to the hotel. Entering the entrance, it seemed like it was jointly run with another hotel. All the staff, including the front desk staff, were not very motivated and seemed cold and distant. The atelier itself was nice, but I was surprised that they charged about 15,000 yen for children from 1 year old.
