Even though it was a long holiday, I was the only guest staying overnight. I would like to write that I had a relaxing time without worrying about other people, but there were a lot of mosquitoes in the evening. While I was outside my tent in a grassy area like a riverbed, I could hear that high-frequency sound constantly around my head, and I kept getting bitten even though I was using bug spray. When I got home, I counted 27 bites. We recommend protection against infection by not exposing your skin or a mosquito-free season. The geology is gravel, so you can't peg it down unless you use forged or steel pegs.

The river is not too shallow, so even adults can have fun! There is no shade where you can park your car, but if you carry your luggage you can enjoy BBQ in the shade!

This is the only campsite where I was able to stay the night by contacting them on the day when all the other campgrounds were closed due to the coronavirus. When I went there, I understood what they meant when they asked me if I would like to pay 5,000 yen over the phone. It was a wasteland with weeds and trash, just big enough for two tents. The toilet is a scary-looking pump-in type toilet located at the back of an abandoned bungalow. For water, we use a sink in the eaves of the manager's house.Rather than a campsite, it felt like we were renting a vacant lot from an ayu restaurant and camping there. However, it faces the river and has a very beautiful riverbed.Since I used this campsite when I was a beginner in camping, I have set it as the standard for all campgrounds since then, and it is still a memorable campsite that I often talk about with reference to its 5,000 yen price.

The surface layer of the site is soil, and there are many stones just below it, so it is safe to use a peg of about 28 cm to make the peg effective. The day after rain, puddles and mud are likely to form. There are two types of toilets: temporary toilets and block-built toilets, with simple flushing. It is better to bring your own toilet paper. The washing area has three sinks, and there is no faucet for the water, so it is a PVC pipe with holes drilled in it, so the water is kept running. There are occasional cars passing by at night, but it's quiet. If you look towards the river, it has the feel of a campsite, but if you look towards the administration building, there are various materials scattered around, giving it a feeling of life.
