Impeccable stay!! I could not have had a better experience here. From start to finish, I was completely pampered. The room was unforgettably gorgeous with both modern and traditional touches. The in-house bath was incredible; I melted away in relaxation during my stay. The food was delicious; the presentation, quality and service was incomparable! We selected the wagyu and abalone and it was a 2 hour dinner. Our stay included breakfast. Both meals were so meticulously put together, down to the plates and thoughtful gestures. The team took extra care in making us feel special. The Yukatas we wore were so beautiful and lovely. I would return again & again & again, if I could! ! Thank you for our wonderful stay !!!

Yes, children might not be allowed to check in. But that isn't exclusive to this place. Our experience was absolutely incredible. The location is a little off the "main strip" but that makes it incredibly peaceful and romantic at night. We were blown away by the room, service, shared onsen (for guests) and private onsen in the room.We had breakfast and dinner included and it was TO DIE FOR. I can't even recall how many courses were brought to the table but everything, and I mean everything was delicious! They also provided complimentary yukatas to explore the town and allowed the women to choose which design they wanted (we personally loved this as some of the other hotels provided an identical generic set for all their guests). If you have discovered this place, just book it. The rooms have complimentary alcohol, coffee, and tea within the rooms. They also offer a service to bring your bags directly to the station for ¥200 ($2.00 CAD) if you have a later train ride like us.Phenomenal experience. Can't wait to come back.

As a reward for all my hard work at the end of the year, I stayed during the crab season at the beginning of the year. Depending on the timing, we were told that there would be snowfall, so we were kindly informed in advance that if you were coming from outside the prefecture, please take precautions such as wearing studless shoes. The room was small in size, but it was clean. The indoor baths aren't large, but there are three of them, and you can see when other people are using them from outside.Meals are served at the on-site restaurant rather than in your room.We had a luxurious course meal of Matsuba crab, Japanese rockfish, and Tajima beef. All of them were of high quality and perfect for local sake. Each breakfast was delicious and I was able to eat carefully prepared meals from the morning.(I had a plan that included a ticket so I could visit the outdoor hot springs, but it was raining heavily that day...so I gave up on visiting hot springs in the winter rain...💦)It's located a little far from the eating out zone, but it's not too far to walk so it didn't bother me.Thank you for staying with us for a wonderful 1 night and 2 days.thank you very much.

Despite the disadvantage of the location, I was satisfied with the staff's smiles and attentiveness, the food, and the family bath.

The only good thing is the facilities.Employees only care about making money. He ignores my situation and feelings and often gives instructions based on his own convenience.I won't be booking again and I don't want to see it again. As a hot spring inn, they should re-learn how to serve customers from scratch.

[Date and time of use]Stayed overnight on Sunday in a detached house.Check-in from 3pmCheck out until 10am[Fee]Payment will be made through Rakuten Travel, and a waiter will come to each room at 9am the next day to settle the payment. There was also an explanation in advance.[thoughts]It gives the impression of a compact modern Japanese inn.We checked in at 3pm and went for a walk around the hot spring town. They will lend you clogs when you go out, but they only come in two sizes, so it's a little tricky. I think it would be even better if there was an option for slippers like Crocs. As for the food, the fish is delicious! ️I got the impression that the alcohol went well and the satisfaction level was high.I remember that the leaflet told us to take home the plastic bottles and cans we brought with us. I paid a certain amount of money, and I felt that if it was within the range of common sense, they would handle it like that... I think my impression would have been different if I had been given an explanation in advance.

The room was separated. The room was new and clean. It would be nice if there was a sofa. For food, the sashimi is exquisite 🤞The rest of the menu is pretty good.Don't be discouraged by the appearance of the meat, just enjoy the taste.Family bath ❔We recommend the nearby outdoor bath.

Despite being a relaxing hot spring inn, this is the worst inn ever, where you are woken up at 7am by the sound of the drums of the Tenrikyo church next door. This is the first time I've woken up in such an unpleasant way while traveling, and I'm laughing out loud. I don't want to stay there again.
