This may be my first time writing a bad review of an inn.I have stayed at many inns. The poor customer service, the poor service, and the quality of the food for over 30,000 yen per night is unprecedented. There is no one to greet you, and the woman at the reception is not attentive to carrying your luggage.I was really looking forward to the food, but first of all, there was no menu.Dessert is just a swirl of soft serve ice cream. The taste is normal. It was written that we could choose between Japanese and Western food for breakfast, but they didn't confirm that.If you look at the reviews, there are a lot of negative reviews, and I regret that I should have done more research before deciding on a place to stay. The room and hot springs were good, but overall it wasn't worth the price, so I give this rating.

As mentioned in other reviews, the service is poor. The clerk was leaning lazily against the wall and using his smartphone, and even when he noticed me, he didn't pay any attention to me and just kept clicking, which made me confused. When serving customers, he speaks in a lazy manner, so I can't really understand what he's saying, and I wonder why he behaves like this. It made me wonder lolEven if the service is poor, the food is delicious! However, the soba set contained an egg shell about 2 cm long, and I ended up putting it in my mouth without realizing it.Although the price is high, the taste and service are not up to the level. I think it's fine if you want to see something scary!

When I stayed there a year ago, I thoroughly enjoyed the sweetfish-filled cuisine. The staff was also kind and polite. The baths in the guest rooms are also hot springs, but the nearby Ikeda Onsen has better water quality (of course). The room was comfortable and very relaxing.I searched on Jalan to make a reservation for the same time this year, but the price has gone up quite a bit...(It's almost the same as when I stayed on the breakfast only plan and the last time I stayed on the Ayu all-inclusive plan).Regarding the stars, this is my impression from my last stay.

The other day, when I went out to eat, another customer, who appeared to be a part-time student, was asking a staff member to change the TV channel, when a person who appeared to be a manager said, ``I don't like it,'' loud enough for the customer to hear. I was stunned when I witnessed him say, "Yeah." Also, when it comes to the attitude of the store staff, especially the bossy female staff, I don't like it. The food was also frankly bad considering the price. There's no good place. Definitely not recommended.

Before the coronavirus, the cafeteria was very nice and the staff were nice, but when I came today, it was the worst😭There's no mention anywhere that reservations are required on weekends, but it's noisy and unpleasant. The taste is okay, and it's just a hot spring!I don't think this is a restaurant that I would want people to go to 🥶
