The location is good. The room was clean.I can't use credit cards. No Wifi. There are no vending machines, but there is a convenience store nearby. Use the motor pool for parking (they will give you a guide sheet)The food is not as expected.

I stayed at GW.The building was old and tilted, but it was well kept. The response from the employees was also good. There are public baths nearby, and you can also walk a short distance to other hot springs, so I enjoyed walking around the hot spring town. For dinner, the sashimi was delicious and the Tajima beef steak was tender and delicious. I was full and satisfied. The breakfast was small in quantity, but it was delicious. After dinner, I went to the cafe across the street to buy coffee. It was a fun trip 😊

I'm sorry.I felt really bad. There is no hospitality in customer service.I was surprised in a negative way by the customer service attitude.I won't write the detailsThis is the first time I have received such bad customer service.A great Kinosaki Onsen inn...When I think about it, I can't help but feel frustrated.I still regret it now that I remember it.

The crab was really delicious and filled me up. You can get real snow crab instead of red snow crab. I was impressed by how sweet the crab sashimi was. The red crab was also served with its flesh peeled, so it was easy to eat. The rice porridge that ended with a secret soup stock was also great. The location is good, with a convenience store across the street and a public bath along the river. It seems to be a long-established hot spring inn that has been around for a long time, so it feels old, but you can think of it as a place to come to eat crab or take a bath in the public baths. Since it is an outdoor bath, the indoor bath is small and you have to take turns with other customers, but the hot springs are amazing.

My mother and aunt used it on a sister trip. Dinner was delicious and we enjoyed visiting the outdoor baths. Thank you a lot for your hospitality. However, the breakfast was so lacking that even my mother, who is in her 70s, said it was unsatisfactory. He said it was a shame because food is one of the things he looks forward to most when he travels.
