Check-in and check-out will be done at the main building.Even though I entered the guest information etc. from the website in advance, I had to fill it out from step 1 when checking in.Those in the annex will be directed to the motor pool across the river.Parking fee is 2,200 yen per day until 10:00 the next day. There is WiFi, but there is almost no signal. The toilet is outside the entrance to the room, so you have to take your room key with you each time you go to the toilet. There is no TV in the room. You must make your own futon and sheet sets. The futon is thin so people sleeping on the bed will feel quite hard. There is no hot spring bag, so it is inconvenient when going to the outdoor bath. There is a toothbrush but no tissues in the room. You will only be given one room card, which is inconvenient for two people. The chair has a board fixed to the wall and doesn't have legs, so if two people sit on it, the board will bend a lot and feel like it might break. The air conditioner is directly above where you sleep, so the wind hits your body directly. The refrigerator is located in the laundry room and is for shared use. It was a small household refrigerator and had not been cleaned.

I passed away in December 2023.Personally, I thought that the price was reasonable and that it was a valuable option as there are few accommodations in Kinosaki that are large enough for one person to stay.I was worried that it was a little difficult to open the lock and that the hallway was cold in winter, but overall the atmosphere was nice. The photos that were reviewed in the past were quite different, so I wonder if it has been updated?

Well, it was the worst hotel. There is no parking lot, and when I went to check in at the main building, I was told that I had to park in the paid parking lot first and then check in. I seriously wanted to leave, but I had already paid, so I stopped. When I got the key and went in, I found someone else's bag there, so when I contacted the store, the store clerk, who was a foreigner, told me that he had put the wrong key in the room without making a mistake.I'm tired of the poor response to the stairs on the 3rd floor.I don't want to stay there again. The photo is beautiful, but it's completely different. Please do not go there at all.

The annex is in a small alley and it's not easy to find it with the navigation. You need to check in at the main hotel in advance and the staff will take you to the annex. Room for 4 people The room is arranged on the 3rd floor and requires some stairs. You should make your own quilt when sleeping at night. The annex is clean and tidy. It has been slightly renovated. The staff is very friendly. In addition, renting a colored yukata costs 1,000 yen. You have to go to the hotel to choose one, but you have to find a way to wear it yourself because the colored yukata is relatively long and difficult to wear by yourself🤣.

I was disillusioned with how the main building and annex were handled so differently. First of all, the attitude of the old man who seems to be the owner is very different. The same goes for other staff members. It may be cheaper than the main building, but I still paid 10,000 yen to stay there. For 10,000 yen, the facility is cold, there is no staff, and the entrance has a card key, but the security is poor. If I come to Kinosaki Onsen next time, I will not stay here. absolutely

There's no TV. There is a shared refrigerator on the second floor, but there is no refrigerator in the room. There's no glass. The toilet in the room is clean. After checking in at Kinsui, located behind Kinsui, you will be guided and given a yukata. Low price for a room without meals, very satisfying. The rooms on the second floor have been renovated and are clean, and the Japanese-style room on the third floor has a nostalgic feel although some parts are old. There is no staff on duty, but you use a card key to access the entrance and the room. The bath is an outdoor bath style, but there is no problem. The rooms have names, but now the room numbers are posted. Main building functions are not available. There are instructions on how to lay out the futon and how to wear the yukata. There is WIFI, but when I stayed there, I couldn't use it because the WIFI authentication didn't pass.
