Stayed here many times. Great location. Rooms are dated but good value for money. Nice pool. Cafe at front is perfect. |What’s concerning now is the number of “long term” residents that treat this hotel as their home. They frown upon any tourists having a bit of fun!! |The staff are fantastic especially Sri & Trisna! Thanks

The only good thing about this hotel is how close it is to other things like Shi Shi and Heaven, which meant i did not have to enter this excuse of a hotel for any longer than I had to. The reception is manned by one person and I was told I would get complementary breakfast at the restaurant. After looking at the restaurant (one fridge, two tables, five chairs, no staff) I would be willing to pay them as a request to not serve any breakfast to me. The locker was extremely difficult to operate but thankfully there was no one else staying at this unfortunate place so I knew there would be no risk of getting my belongings taken from me. There was no handwash so I'm guessing they don't really care about the hygeine of customers and both the body soap and the shampoo were in dispensers, they were extremely diluted so to have enough soap to take a shower meant emptying the dispenser every time, not to mention the soap and the shampoo had the same consistency so if you weren't smelling it, you would not know which is which as there were no labels either. I had to spend double the money on a cab from the airport to this place and frankly I don't know what they're using the money on, I'm guessing it's to maintain the swimming pool which was the only bearable part of the hotel - probably because no one was entering it so they didn't have to clean it at all. 10/10 would recommend!

The service and staff are wonderful but the room was not clean! The bathroom was old and dirty the towels has dirt spots on them and the bedsheets too. There were blood spots on the bedsheets. They need to invest in better washing service.

I can only say that the photos are much different from the actual booking! All the light bulbs in the bathroom were broken, the lights in the room were also broken, and there was no shortage of moldy areas! In such a hot weather, even if the air conditioner is turned on to 16 degrees, it will be just as hot as 30 degrees.The transportation location is convenient. You can also rent a motorcycle from the hotel, which is very convenient! !

The place is slowly getting better and had fabulous staff but the cafe out the front does not cook through chicken very well.They also have a wine and drink list but nothing is available apart from local wine and the bread is not always available either.

You get what you pay for in Bali...and if you're getting this place for about 30 or 40 bucks a night, it's well worth it. A hotel that was probably brilliant back in the day when it cared about itself. …

You get what you pay for in Bali...and if you're getting this place for about 30 or 40 bucks a night, it's worth it. A hotel that was probably brilliant back in the day when it cared about itself. Today, the gym festers; once-filled bottles of spirits gather dust on the shelves of the now defunct pool bar; the restaurant sighs a heavy groan of defeat; old stained towels abound and nobody seems to care. The grounds are well maintained, and the pool is small but deep and perfectly adequate to lounge around. Rooms are clean and serviced daily, but placcy dirty pedal bins, peeling paint, dirty grouting, rusty shower heads, and a toilet with a sporadic post-flush runny nose (that they try each day to fix without success) reinforce the overall impression of "run-downness". It's bang in the thick of the action up that end of Seminyakyakyak, and yet when you walk in from the bustle you arrive in a peaceful setting far from the maddening crowds. Someone should grab it by the scruff of the neck and make it great again. It wouldn't take much...

Nice place to relax. Great location, everything is close. But if you need to be in touch during your vacation, then you won’t be able to do that in this hotel, since there is almost no Internet here. There are many Wi-Fi access points, but it is impossible to connect to them. Even if connected, the Internet is very slow. Video communication via Zoom is completely impossible. I had important calls for work, but I didn't get to work. Therefore, if you need internet, then I cannot recommend this hotel to you. Otherwise everything is great.The advantages are convenient location, good territory, pleasant staff.

3 star because of the location, otherwise would be 1-2 stars. Location was very nice in the heart of Seminyak.Rooms were very outdated, toilet / shower didn’t have steady water pressure or steady hot water, breakfast was not recommended, and the towels were really old.Receptionist was nice who checked us in.Price too high for the value you get.

For the price, location, service and big rooms with balconies, you can't beat The Taman Ayu, I highly recommend it for a long-term stay as well. We stayed for 4.5 months. One month in a superior room - charming rooms, with a lovely balcony- especially rooms in building 9 (916). The remaining months we stayed in the Deluxe Wing, which is much bigger space with a more private balcony overlooking the pool. Go and Enjoy all that Bali gives!Note: If you don't like live music being played at night, then request a room on a lower floor, or near the back of the property. The top floor is a gorgeous stay, but you do hear the rooftop singers around Seminyak.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. It was a good value for the money. Had some issues with bathroom but they quickly solved problems which was good. Location is great for Seminyak but if you will travel touristic places such as Ubud, Uluwatu, Safari, the traffic will be challenging. Pool area is great and they provide towel there.
