We, a family of 4, recently had the pleasure of staying at Sennen-no-yu, and we couldn't have been more thrilled with the exceptional service and hospitality provided by the staff. The staffs were polite and helpful. Our experience at Kinosaki Onsen was made even more memorable by the impeccable service we received at Sennen-no-yu. The dinner and breakfast served were not only delicious but also presented with a personal touch that blended well with Japanese culture and made the experience truly special. Our room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised by the turn-down service provided by the staff while we were at dinner. We honestly couldn't find anything to fault or critique; everything was truly wonderful. We wholeheartedly recommend Sennen-no-Yu as the perfect Ryokan for anyone seeking an exceptional stay in Kinosaki Onsen.

It was a beautiful hot spring along a river, right in the middle of the area, perfect for a hot spring tour, and it was really nice. The service was very attentive and attentive, and I felt very comfortable.I stayed for two nights, and the food was different on both days, using delicious local ingredients such as crab and Tajima beef, and there was a lot of variety, and it was very delicious. It wasn't oily and felt gentle on the body.Plus, we had meals in our room both morning and night, which made us feel relaxed.Apparently the room was a room where smoking was allowed, so when I first entered, it smelled like cigarettes and there was an ashtray. I also have an air purifier, so it soon stopped bothering me.It was a package that included a hot spring tour ticket and a Yukata from Takeshita Yumeji, so I was able to enjoy it to the fullest. There was a nostalgic shooting shop, a delicious souvenir shop, and a liquor store right next door, which was great.

The room, service, and location were good. The outdoor bath at Kinosaki Onsen was so hot that I couldn't soak in it, but the indoor bath at the inn was personally the best.I will be back in May 2024. I want to take a bath in this indoor bath again.
