I’ve left my things in their room,but they say they couldn’t find it,but only found the paper bag,where is my things inside the paper bag?,called all their numbers all I get from their reply was they found the paper bag only,useless management!

I'm the type of person who would like a building to be clean and well-maintained even if it's old.This is a relatively new building, but the walls in the washroom area are still splattered with dirt from the previous one.The towels were dirty and I was reluctant to use them.The bed sheets had handprints (maybe the hands of the person changing the sheets were dirty) and hair was stuck between the cover and the duvet.The cover also has lots of dirt and holes.The smell of air freshener in the room and bathroom was so strong that I had to cancel my next stay, which was scheduled for another day.I'm very disappointed as it was different from the reviews.The good thing is the staff.There was consideration. But he looked tired.The location was also good.I stayed in room 101, and it was quiet at night, with no outside noise.Is it because of the location? The noise from people on the second floor and people walking on the stairs was very loud.The overall atmosphere is good, so I hope they reconsider their cleaning and become a better hotel.

VERY DISRESPECTFUL GUESTS AND INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!!I called 10.30pm Tues July 2nd to complain about the amount of noise their guests were making and the front desk officer was incapable of handling their own guests, he kept asking ME what else can he do, rudely talking back at me saying that he can't do anything else. He wouldn't answer me when I ask him what he's going to do about the noise, choosing to be a coward and stay quiet on the line.If you aren't able to get your guests to respect that there are quiet hours in Bali, then you shouldn't be running an accommodation here. You are extremely disrespectful to the neighboring residents.As per 11PM their guests are still yelling and cheering for whatever unecessary reason - exhibiting their staff's incompetence yet again.Update 12AM still no changes.

The staff here is not well-trained by management. Guests were screaming SO LOUD for hours at night where there are villas all around with people who actually live here long term. It is also a QUIET neighbourhood. I wonder how they even allow all the screaming to go on all night with other guests staying there trying to rest. When we called to complain, they tried to blame it on another villa and when we called them on their lie, they admitted they had no idea how to stop the noise which shows they have absolutely no rules and their first instinct is to lie. It is now almost midnight and still nothing has been done. The front desk staff we called stayed silent on the phone because he was clearly not trained properly to handle situations like this. We even gave him solutions and he still did nothing, just let the screaming go on all night. Don't make a business if you can't train your team properly, handle your own guests and respect other people.

We arrived at the reservation only to find out that despite booking through Agoda in advance, there was no room for us. They offered us an alternative hotel, which was older and less nice, and initially, they even wanted to charge us extra.It was disheartening to see that they weren't genuinely trying to help us find a fair solution.

We had an incredible time staying at The Simore. We stayed in Private A, a two bedroom villa with large balcony and living area.Staff were fantastic and we really enjoyed the location after getting our bearings of Canggu and the area.

Newly hotel in Canggu area, just opened in Nov 2023. With a Mediteranian concept buillding complete with pools as well as sharing kitchen for us to prepare own meals (complete with fridge, cookware and utensils. Car parking is limited to 4 cars but plenty for motorbikes. We feels homes especially with the kitchen sharing concept and other facilities such as pool tables and swimming pool.Update; the pool table apparently only for the penthouse units at the top level. We are abit disappointed with it and asked the team to revise their posting on Agoda to avoid future guests

Because it is new, it is clean and good value for money. The staff doesn't look like much and they aren't friendly. There is also a kitchen so you can grab something to eat. There isn't much around and it's a 10-minute motorcycle ride to the beach. If you don't ride a motorcycle, this is a bit of an inconvenient location. There is a local traditional market nearby, and they sell mangosteen for 18k per kilo, so I bought a lot. There are mangoes and many other fruits.

Fresh guesthouse, with clean and very pleasant rooms, a beautiful common area with a swimming pool and kitchen. Has its own parking.Good job by the staff: at the reception there is always a person you can turn to for help, they do a good job cleaning the rooms and keep the common areas clean. Staff helped with delivering things to the laundry🥰After posting my review on Instagram, several people immediately wanted to book a room here and asked for contact details - I think this is a great indicator of quality!)

The hotel itself is nice, new, beautiful and clean, the staff is polite. But there is one problem: rooms of different classes are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. You can book a standard room or a suite "A", "B" and you can be accommodated on the 1st or 2nd floor. That's exactly what happened with us. For our first stay, we booked Suite "A" for 4 days. We were accommodated on the 2nd floor. It was a wonderful room. Then we checked out and went to another place, but decided to return here and booked Suite "A" for 22 days. It cost more than a standard room and we thought that we would be accommodated on the 2nd floor. We specifically paid more money to live on the 2nd floor. But when we checked in, we were told that we would live on the 1st floor for all 22 days. The rooms on the 1st floor are located next to the kitchen, pool or reception. Therefore, you can hear people eating and talking there, you can hear people moving in and out, as they swim in the pool. And the main thing is that the view from the window on the 1st floor is on the wall. When booking online, the hotel does not guarantee the location of your room, so they can put you on the 1st or 2nd floor. In 22 days, we paid almost 14 million IDR ($900) to hear people outside the doors and look out the window at the wall.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the service provided was very friendly and responsive. Access to parking is very wide, the surrounding area is also quiet, making it comfortable when resting.Supporting facilities such as banks and minimarkets are very close.

The Simore is the best, apart from being a good place for taking photos, the place is also very comfortable. Moreover, the staff at Simore won't hurt staying here
