Phone support is the worst.I was cut off on purpose while I was talking.Because a friend of mine is workingI tried to make a reservation at the same time so that I could use it with my family, but I was taken aback as they cut me off while I was talking.I will never use it again.

This 1300yr old hotel is like stepping back in time. The room was a traditional tatami matt room with paper sliding doors. The hotel does have WiFi and a tv in the room. The hotel's onsen was wonderful. The staff was polite and helpful (they tried their best with the language barrier) the kaiseki ryori (traditional japanese meal) was amazing. My husband and I were stuffed after the meal. The breakfast was equally as good. This hotel also picks you up from the train station and drops you off.

You get a pass for all the onsen in town. You get to wear a yukata around. Full ryokan meal and service. Our host Ukagin-san, despite not knowing much english, helped us as best as she could. Thank you very much. 来てくれてありがとう

It was used in August 2024.The food was not cooked even though I asked for allergies, raw meat was prepared in the room an hour beforehand, and it was midsummer, so I asked for a replacement, but the replacement was the exact same meat. When it was brought to me (I was definitely taking a photo), I lost credibility even more. The room had a musty smell and was dirty as per the reviews, but since it's a long-established restaurant, the food service was just too bad, even if I had to give up 100 steps and close my eyes.I should have read the reviews more carefully before choosing my accommodation.Even though it has been given a low rating in reviews for a long time, it still hasn't changed, so it seems that it is no longer possible.

I used it with my family. There are various reviews written, but there are no problems at all. I think it was very noisy and caused an inconvenience because there were young children. I am very grateful for the thoughtfulness of the person in charge, and the food was delicious and plentiful. Is this for children? It's a child's meal. The amount was enough for even adults. The building may be old, but it was well maintained and very comfortable. I would like to stay again. In fact, I would be happy if you could have tea with your meal.It was quite satisfying.

We were so glad we stayed at Sennen no Yu Koman. It was our first trip to Japan and our first time at a ryokan. …
