My impression of staying in a tent was "I made the wrong choice."There is no problem with the remaining snow that fell a few days ago, but the water drainage is poor. I was somewhat prepared for what it would be like because other people had mentioned it through word of mouth, but the lawn was a mess and honestly it was terrible.Still, I unloaded my load and moved the car to the parking lot using the map I was given, and it was still quite a distance. In winter, there is no water for boiling. The only way to access the toilet is through the front of the hotel and the banquet hall, and guests look at us strangely. It is also not available late at night. It costs 650 yen to enter the hot spring once, and 1800 yen for unlimited entry, so do you really want to go camping and spend that much? and.Even if you think about the good things, the surrounding area is private houses, so I guess it's safe. The only thing was that the ground was flat...I think it would be a good idea to at least make the prices cheaper during the winter or provide temporary toilets.I've listed only the bad points, but I'm probably not going to repeat it, so I'll just write it down as my impressions.

Winter usemerit-It was nice to be able to use the hot springs until 24:00.Demerit-You can't use the water supply.-The outside toilet is closed during the winter, so you can use the inn's toilet. However, from 0:00 to 6:00, you will not be able to use the restrooms as the building will be locked. There was no explanation when I used it, but when I asked, I was told that I couldn't use it during that time, so I had to be patient.-At night, you have no choice but to use a portable toilet or go to a nearby Family Mart to borrow one.-The site has poor drainage

This is my 4th time and the first time in about 2 years. There are no places nearby where you can camp in the winter, so I'm thankful for that, but the grass still doesn't drain well and my shoes and pants get dirty. It's like walking on moss. The site looks like a spectacle as it can be seen from the walkway that day trip bathers walk and from the guest rooms of guests staying at the site. I would like to see a way to make it so that it is not visible to anyone other than the campers. Since this was the year-end party season, drunk guests were shouting loudly from the guest rooms, which made it uncomfortable. (Well, this is largely a customer problem.) The camping etiquette requirements have increased and become stricter than before, and the downside is that you can't park your car in a nearby parking lot. (This was the hardest part. I think I walked about 200 to 250 meters.)Not recommended for solo camping. People say things like, ``Oh, I'm camping,'' or ``You're doing a great job even though it's cold.''Also, in the winter, there are only toilets inside the building, but you won't be able to use them unless you pay 650 yen each time you use the bath, or 1800 yen for unlimited access. Otherwise, you will have to walk about 10 minutes round trip to the convenience store every time you use the toilet. There were many other points where I felt like the campground management was being neglected. This is a long post because the rating goes down every time I visit, but I won't be using it anymore.

The location is perfect. The hot springs are also very good. It's spacious enough to accommodate 10 tatami mats. It's located on the hotel grounds, so it doesn't have the feel of a full-fledged campsite, but there's a convenience store 3 minutes away, making it a great place to stroll around the hot spring town. If you have a passport, you can use the restroom in the hotel, and if it's cold, you can go straight to the hot springs. Unlimited access for a long time from 6am to 12am! I also appreciate being able to take a break in the lounge. This was a very good thing since I was using it during the cold season. It's also nice to have a space for children with toys and a ball pool. What was disappointingOutside toilet → I used it immediately after checking in, but there was a lot of trash from the waste container and hand towels around the water tap. Campers will be happy if there is a mobile charging spot. It was right next to the hotel, so it was noisy with guests' karaoke singing until late at night.

This campsite is in a good location and has a footbath right in front of it.Since I used it on weekdays, I was able to use the site extensively. 😄The toilets are clean, and the hot springs at the adjacent hotel are also great ✨ (Reservations are accepted at Hotel Paradise Hills)I really enjoyed it, but I gave it a poor rating because the site seemed to have poor water drainage and the kitchen wasn't kept well-cleaned.On Friday, the day I left, I saw the staff at the facility working hard to clean the kitchen, so I wondered if they were cleaning it before the weekend when there are many users😅A dome-shaped accommodation facility with a bath and sauna is currently under construction, and this review reflects our expectations for the future. It has the best cost performance, so we recommend using it before it becomes popular 👍

The campsite is like a school grounds, but the quality of the hot springs was very good. Bathing costs 650 yen once. All-you-can-enter was 1,800 yen. There is a convenience store and restaurant within walking distance. It takes about 20 minutes by car to the supermarket.

There are two free camping sites on the grounds of Hotel Paradise Hills.I went in mid-May, and the total cost was 1,800 yen (it seems to be a little more expensive on weekends and holidays.)The hot spring was 650 yen. There is a footbath (footbath) nearby, just a short walk away. It's convenient to walk to Dake Onsen town, and there's a convenience store nearby, so the location is good.
